In case anyone was wondering what that strange light looks like I got me a pair of binocs.

[ Cobb waved a truly ridiculous pair of binoculars that are violently green and purple and look like some sort of rabbit/dog/animal. ]

And took a closer look. It's kinda like looking at the binary suns back home. A lot of bright and not a lot else around it. You can't see anything else but the bright.

[ Which explained why Cobb face was not centered in camera and he was still rubbing at his eyes. He had a few minutes at least before the bright spot burned into his eyes fades away. ]

So, sorry this didn't help much but if anyone needs to borrow some binocs I've got a pair handy.

[Keith looked... perturbed. But he sighed.]

I'm guessing you didn't notice anything when you looked in that direction so that the light wasn't in your field of view.

[Like how things can be hidden by a glare, but become visible when the light source is blocked by something...]

[ Just gonna roll his eyes a moment. ]

The light obscured anything close to it. Nothing else really around it from what I could see.

[ There's not much out there with that light as far as he can tell. ]

Might wanna talk to some of the folks who tried to run out there. They might've seen a little bit more. Or you wanna borrow these? Take a look for yourself?

[Keith actually considered it, honestly. He had ideas on how to look through them if he could get the right stuff.]

Yeah, you know. I think I will. I just need to see if I can get something first. [The supply box where you could request things was a bit hard to deal with at times, but he could try.]

[ As long as the binoculars still worked when he got them back he wouldn't mind any fiddling with them. ]
