[The warlord isn't seated on his ~~throne~~ chair but against a wall, or rather practically wedged in a corner as the adjoining faces can be seen just behind him. While his expression doesn't really betray anything, his body language suggests exhaustion, slumped as he is. When he speaks up, his tone sounds a little hollower than usual.]

[With effort he draws himself up in a brief but failed attempt to sit straighter. That burning gaze of his turns towards some point off-screen before he lowers his head with something of a sigh.]
