[The warlord isn't seated on his throne chair but against a wall, or rather practically wedged in a corner as the adjoining faces can be seen just behind him. While his expression doesn't really betray anything, his body language suggests exhaustion, slumped as he is. When he speaks up, his tone sounds a little hollower than usual.]

[With effort he draws himself up in a brief but failed attempt to sit straighter. That burning gaze of his turns towards some point off-screen before he lowers his head with something of a sigh.]

[ There's a kind of rushing in Peter's ears a moment as the world seems to blur out of focus as he registers the announcement. ]

[ He swallows down the panic and the guilt. He should have done more to help rather than mope. ]

It cannot be too long ago from now... ...but I can't be sure. I...blacked out from my injuries and am still recovering...otherwise I would have pursued.

[His optics flicker, brow furrowing slightly as he focuses on speaking.]

He is not alone, Peter... The other 'Bucky' was the one who helped him escape.

[ The Other Bucky.. so not Mr Roger's friend. Or not the one he'd stayed the night with. He sure hoped he didn't upset Bucky enough to free a psychopath. ]

[His optics flare briefly as he sees the man's face, but he quickly realizes whom he's talking to, shaking his head.]

This is important, did Beck give him orders at any point, or was he acting independently?

[The Exo hesitates, recalling.]

He...he followed Beck's orders without question. ...I felt that something was off. He would not respond to me.

[His jaw tightens, and he exhales slowly through his nose. That shouldn't be possible. Not here. He'd known something was off with Soldat, why hadn't he pushed??

He nods tersely.]

I'll find him.

[He doesn't think it needs to be said, but...]

[He offers a brief twitch of his lip to say he's impressed Felwinter could as well. Not many people have an encounter with the Winter Soldier and live to tell about it.]

[He'd account most of that to being an Exo. Most of his attacks were not made for such close quarter combat otherwise.

There's hesitation before Felwinter nods. It's clear this Bucky knows something, at least, and if they share more than looks and a name, then the man must have an advantage.]

[Billy looks anxious, not sure how well his skills might translate to an Exo.]

Felspring...she has seen to the worst of it. ...however the effort has exhausted both of us.

[Did Exos breathe? Billy's not sure. Doesn't matter right. He shuts off the feed and a moment later a flash of blue light announces him as he teleports.]

I promise, I'm going to make a point to learn more about how to help everyone whose not exactly human for the future, but for now- what can I do to help you? Coach me through it. My magic is at our disposal.

[It's purely reflex that Felwinter attempts to get to his feet at Billy's sudden arrival, defensive and looking very much like a cornered animal until he registers who it is. Even then he hasn't gotten very far, mostly pushed himself against the wall like a brace, but without the strength to level himself any higher. He sags down to the floor again, his Ghost cradled close in one hand.]

[The Exo doesn't really look at all like he'd been in a fight. His helmet lies on its side on the floor where it had been knocked off. Spidering cracks and a few holes riddle the wall from discharged shots. Felwinter lifts his Ghost slightly, her core still lit, if flickering dully.]

Restoring me has exhausted both her and I... I believe it is due to our... connection to the Light being so strained, here.

[Billy lifts his palms in apology, and tries to help brace Felwinter the rest of the way down. He winces a little as he takes in the scene, and the flicking Ghost, brow creasing uncertainly.]

Light. Um- could I...could I make Light? Would that help? [He could try a vague sort of...healing/mending spell, but he's still not really sure if Exos are part flesh and blood, or all machine, and he worries it might not be enough.]

(Escaped? That's an interesting word to use and Padmé tries to read his body language. Is this someone who was keeping another prisoner? Or is he speaking of a friend who has gone home?)

[The Exo takes a moment to gather his thoughts, and his words. He doesn't need to breathe, but it still feels like it takes effort to speak. He knows the feeling and isn't fond of its revisitation.]

...a man...by name of Quentin Beck. He is manipulative...dangerous. Recently he attempted to kill Tony Stark...taking advantage of the turmoil caused by the last storm. ...it was decided that Beck be locked up for the time being...

However...someone has aided in his release. ...I attempted to intervene, but I fear there is something more going on between Beck and the one Bucky they call Soldier.
