[There's a man standing calmly, a black cape covering most of his body, staring into the camera with an expression of very open disdain.]

My name is Kylo Ren. I am the Supreme Leader of the First Order and to many of you, I suspect those words mean nothing. Don't worry. That won't last long. To those of you that do know who I am, I'm very glad to be the one to tell you personally that you've finally managed to run into a corner that you won't be escaping from.

I'll be quick about this. I've been here for some time now and in that time I've mostly done two things - The first is studying this network to learn more about my situation so that I could somehow contact my fleet to come and get me. If I had succeeded, this would have been a very different kind of message, [and been accompanied by orbital bombardment, probably] but I did learn that the phenomenon that pulled me here has also reeled in a number of criminals from my galaxy. They refer to themselves collectively as the Resistance. Whatever they've told you about themselves, they're thieves, murderers and terrorists, so I would be careful about how much time I spend with them if I were you.

The second thing I did was digging.

[He switches the camera over to a fairly respectable looking pile of supplies, mostly food and medicine. Apparently he's been busy following around those ghosts that have been popping up.]

I understand supplies can be scarce around here, so I went to the trouble of procuring some. I'm even feeling generous enough to share them, so let's make this simple.

Deliver every single member of the Resistance to me. Or the Resistance can simply surrender themselves, but I've learned to not underestimate their cowardice, so I won't be counting on that. Either way, do that and these supplies are yours.

[Somehow, this was by far the most personable version of this that he came up with.]

[Ren squints. He expected to be called a monster - with no small sense of anticipation, mind - but he didn't expect this. Being talked down to like this, the tone and the insult is almost enough to inspire immediate rage and threats.

But something else overrides even that. Something he never expected to hear when he was crafting this blackmail disguised as a barter. His surprise annoys him. His aggravation is not well hidden in his words.]

[He quirks an eyebrow. He's...not sure what to think about this one. He wouldn't have expected Hux to gladly welcome him to this dump, but...]

[Hux can't help but roll his eyes at the comment. Kylo may note the longer hair and a beginnings of a beard growing on Hux. He was always known for being clean shaven and neat in appearance.]

I should be asking you what hard work do you actually accomplish? But that is not the subject at hand.

I've been here for quite some time and have established myself here among the people. And now you are tarnishing the name of the First Order by this nonsense. Perhaps you should have been digging around to see who was established here before making such a scene.

Now they'll be looking to me to why I'm allowing someone like you to ruin our supplies.

[There was some apprehension when Eli decided to respond to this particular post. He found the post alarming and worried more for the people as a whole on what would happen. Yet, he wanted to see if he could possibly reason with him too.

He made sure that he was presentable in his olive grey uniform. He knew that it would be outdated in the younger Supereme Leader's eyes, but he hoped he would recognize it knowing who he worked for. He didn't bother hiding his Wild Space accent, but made sure he spoke clearly and in a calm, but firm tone.]

Supreme Leader, with all do respect everyone here has been brought here against their will. Our concerns back home mean nothing here and will only strive to work against us. Its best we try to find some way around it.

Destroying our supplies will only agitate the people and will unite them to work against you. Where many would have been willing to help you or help you understand what was going on. I doubt many will now.

[ A woman with shockingly green hair, green eyes, and green lips answers with a raised eyebrow and skeptical look. Her accent is something Kylo probably wouldn't be able to place, being she's from California, on Earth. ]

Do you ... want to rethink any of this — like, maybe all of it, for starters?

[ It's not really a question, despite being asked. 'Supreme Leader' is usually a title people give themselves when they act more like dictators and megalomaniacs. She doesn't know anything about First Orders and Resistances, but she's sort of thinking someone holding supplies hostage in exchange for others isn't the nicest one on the block. She's seen that song and dance before from several in her home universe.
