In the viewfinder is a 1979 Z/28 Camaro, but she's absolute mess. There's evidence of a fire under the hood; the windshield is smashed from some impact at it; there's blood where the window meets the driver door; the passenger side is smashed inwards a little bit from something hitting it. Oh, and it sits on the beach and while that's where Billy's been staying, that's not ideal for it.

[Eddie shrugs a shoulder.] I mean, the Engineering thing gives you a bit of an idea how to work with those things. I've got that one, but I've never tried something like that.

I've got piloting. Found it before the spaceships disappeared. Figured I'd never get my car, so flying one of those spaceships was going to be the next best thing. Now I get both.

Maybe I can give you a part and you can see if you can make it because of your data thing.

No, he's so cool. He's found me when I got here and was bleeding out and whatever, and he has this epic suit of armor that flies, and he flew me all the way to the hospital. If I wasn't dying I would wanna relive that again in a heart beat. Like a real life super hero out of the comics.

That's the guy. Be careful of him. He sent me and Steve off into some kind of radioactive place to get samples. Never been that sick in my life. So if he asks you to do something for him, it's probably not worth it. Also, he's got a gun.

And you'd have to teach me to play and I don't think a certain someone's going to be too thrilled at you giving me special attention if he's attendance.

If you actually want to, and not just to piss him off, I have no problem with it. I taught him. Pretty sure you did all right in school, you can't be that hard to teach.

I actually did really well in school. Not valedictorian or anything, but pretty high up there.

Just the basics? You create a character. Then as a group you work to complete an overarching quest using your combined skills. I, the DM, describe the world and the monsters and dangers you encounter, and you get to decide what actions you take to overcome them. Then you roll to see whether or not you succeed.

Sounds simple enough. I'll think about it I guess.
