do we have any functioning computers in temba?
i'm realizing i've gone a rather long time without a backup and it'd ease my programming to have it backuped up somewhere
it'll need a lot of space though
it takes a lot of room to fit everything that goes into programming a person

i know that thats super unhelpful but i could.. idk maybe get the engineering datapoint and see what i can do?
also, hey! been awhile.
Re: text
i thought maybe stark or someone might have a computer that could handle someone like me, but figured i'd poke out on the network
see if there were...idk, options i guess
text
they were cool about it though.
had my life threatened a few times. so thats fun for me.
let me know if you need any help.
Re: text
didn't go out of my room much. hate that stupid ordeal. hate people being able to access my system and the memory files within. like what the actual fuck
wait what?
you wanna broaden on that life threatening part a bit?
text
it's fine. im fine.
i'll let you know if im not.

maybe less sass towards you
or are you looking for something specific

if they have thoughts of wiping my data or maybe even trying to reset me, there's no way to get it back. so having a data backup would be helpful in keeping them from being successful with that bullshit
it's not dire at this moment
just trying to take some sort of precaution
what sort of exchange would you want for that?

but after a second time through calibrations i'm starting to get worried about what our captors could really do to me.
i feel like there's no much other choices right now
no subject
I have enough replicator rations to help with this, I think.
But we need to seriously consider security before you mirror all of your shit to some drive somewhere.
Now that you've made this post, everyone is going to know that there's a copy of your programming somewhere on the planet.
I don't think I need to explain to you why that's a problem.

in exchange he gets to look at the blueprints i got the holiday. which is fair, since you've seen them, and i think cal did too.
speaking of the blueprints, everyone already knows i have them, and that the agrii can apparently get a hold of them from my timeline. i was told i need to trust humans a little more and if you trusted tony enough to try and help fix me with you, why shouldn't i give him a chance? i can't just keep shutting myself off and hope for the best - it didn't work in detroit like that. i had to get others and we kept each other as safe as we could
[He thinks of those two Jerries that Dustin saw in his memory. Of all the other androids from the attack. He had a community there and it was demolished, leaving him so angry, York refused a new one when being brought here. It wouldn't bode well for him in the long run if something did happen.]

Saying that I "trust Tony" is a strong way to put it.
I thought he would be able to help in ways that I couldn't, and that the promise of getting to see what your code looked like would be enough to keep him from doing any extra shady shit.
Seeing as it didn't, can't say I trust him at all anymore.
I'm not sure you should, either.

that's what i typed
i'm an android, i'm not organic and naturally created being
no subject
That doesn't matter here. The most important thing is finding you somewhere to get your back up going.
no subject
i know there's people in this city that have the means to do it and all that. i'm trying to learn to trust people more. i would do better with it if i had a back up plan in case something malicious happens or something goes wrong in general
it may not matter here if i'm organic or not, but it does back home and even after being here for a year, my programming is still playing by those rules
no subject
But people back home care if you're not organic?

but it's the only idea i have right now and i know there's people here that can help
that can help and won't hurt me
and if tony gives me too much grief, i'll call you

or maybe blackmail of some kind. do you do fucking blackmail dr tae?
[Sounds like something Poppy would do to Antonio at least.]
no subject
Wait, why would threatening Jon affect Tony? I know they're friends, but that seems extreme.
My dear if I blackmailed would I tell you?
