[ A hooded figure shows up on the feed. There's a staff at his back. A wide smile in greeting while giving a small tentative nod. He's not used to this kind of communication. ]
I go by Crystal Exarch. I am new to this world and have been wondering if there's any additional information gathered. Any who wish to share that kind of information would be listened to and greatly welcomed. I have a few other questions as well. Forgive me for being a bit... off on communicating in this matter. I'm used to more personal interactions.
The questions I have are hopefully simple and easy to answer. Is there a library or a research facility that one can go to? I would be greatly interested in keeping up with doing anything study wise. If there isn't any of those things here, what do you all do in your free time? Has the Agrii returned or reached out for help? Has there been any recent storms on Agra 10?

Voice;
There are data points around that will give you information on an... Area of expertise, I suppose. You can find them here and there.
[Pause.] Though it appears that a single person can only hold the information of one such point at a time.
[Library, though. He wishes.] No libraries, or research facilities, I'm afraid. Many of us have taken to tending to the green house to ensure a steady supply of food in the interest of keeping us all alive. Exploration is also a popular option, though riskier if you're alone.
[He sighs.] They have not, though we have been in slight contact with them- you can request supplies from them, though you must be very specific if you hope to get what you wish for- they do not always understand us, it seems.
As for any storm- no. The weather has turned colder as it is winter, but beyond that, nothing.
Voice
What kind of expertise? [ He tilts his head at that. Since couldn't one just excel in their knowledge? ] How many points are there currently?
A right shame that is. [ Disappointment is strong in that line. He shakes his head a little while going back to the other bits. ] I wouldn't mind doing adventuring. I can hold my own but going in with a group means you'll be able to cover more ground. Also having someone to watch your back is nice.
By specific, if I were to ask for something from my world, would I have to explain it as well?
That's a good sign, at least for now. A storm might cause problems if we're not fully prepared for it.
Thank you for the information. I hope we get to work together at some point. I would come by to see the green house and anywhere else necessary. Get the way of the land and area.
Voice;
[Not so much the survival part, but more the being stuck only doing one thing. Of course he could be alone in feeling like that, but he doubts it.]
Agricultural, medical... Others. To my knowledge, there are five.
And going in a group is best, no matter how you look at it here. An unknown world, with unknown dangers- to go alone is foolish. [It's not really the first time adventuring has come up, and it won't be the last, and his stance on it will remain unchanged.]
And yes, specific. Extremely specific. Like you were trying to explain concepts to a toddler.
[Sigh.] We probably will. There's only so many of us here, so we should all work together, after all. The Agrii do seem focused on making us all play nice with each other, too.
Voice;
What are the other three? I do not think the first two will really be for someone such as myself.
If I had to go alone, I would, but not too far out. If someone were more equipped to face adventures alone they should at least tempt it and then warn others of what they come across. If another exploration party comes about I would not hesitate to join them.
How many of us are there? I'm used to working with a small group of people before creating something bigger. They seem to have good intentions if they want us to play nice with each other.
Voice;
[His tone of voice is so dry. He was dealing with a crisis. Even if he's made friends here, he still worries for his people at home.]
I'm not entirely sure, as I've chosen to stay with the agricultural one myself- part of survival is ensuring a steady supply of food, after all.
[Plus he's a resource-hoarder.] As for exploration, I'd say we should keep to groups for that. I certainly have the power to fend for myself, and many others here can say the same- that doesn't mean I wish to walk off to a possible death out in the unknown, or doom someone else to do the same for the sake of information.
[That's the last thing he wants. Honestly he doesn't know what he'd do if he sensed any more death.]
And so far as how many of us are here, it seems to vary. As for the Agrii's intentions- who knows. Asking kidnapped people to play nice with each other is something of a mixed message, if you ask me.
Voice;
[ His voice is calm and he may seem as if he's done this kind of thing before. There's an experience of taking people but there was a reason for his own calling forth a hero. ]
Did you do agricultural work back in your home world?
[ He gives a nod to that. ] I'm sure there's information out there. But if it's mostly going up against the unknown it's better for groups. The world I came from danger can be found at all corners. Eventually consequence will come with our victories.
We will have to wait and see what their intentions truly are. There's no point in fighting against each other. I haven't been here long enough to feel doubt as many of you would. But holding on to hope can be hard when you've been surrounded by uncertainty.
Voice;
[He doesn't sound like he's going to start kneeling at the altar of optimism any time soon though.] And of course I would not discourage you from keeping hope in your heart, even if I'm unable to do so myself.
[Pushing their beliefs on others is the Sith way, but Altair has never been a typical Sith.]
And no, I did not. I was a fighter, a scholar, an archaeologist, a politician. A leader.
[He was many things there. But this place doesn't need who he was. It needs him to be adaptable.] I chose agricultural work here due to its importance in keeping everyone fed and alive. I have seen what resource shortages can do to morale.
[He's playing support in whatever way he can, he supposes.]
And I agree- starting fights serves no one. However scattered our opinions, we must work together.

Eli's been doing research. He's our numbers guy, so you'll probably wanna talk to him about that kinda thing.
Did you get the whole brain download when you first got here, too?
no subject
Ah, funny you should mention Eli. I've already encountered him earlier. He shared quite a bit of information already. I'm mostly trying to see what others have on information if they have anything at all. Even if it's as simple as there's shops, people that are willing to help, a base of operations.
Is that what that was? The experience of it was really jarring and unexpected. I wonder if it'll happen more depending on circumstance or if that will be the only time. Did it happen to everyone else?
no subject
There's shops out on the east side of town. They're abandoned, but people have just been taking stuff as they need it.
Home base was the hotel, for a while. People have been scattering since then, picking spots to live they're comfortable with, but I think most of them are still bunking down there. There's a building right next to it where you can get in touch with the Agrii and request stuff, so they're not totally out of contact, but yeah, they're not showing up anytime soon.
no subject
At least there's something around that can be useful for needs.
[ He smiles at the people scattering to comfort ways of living. ] People will eventually would want a home to go back to. The hotel would seem a good spot to start an outskirt of a city. An area to build from if possible. I would like to hope and believe that everyone will come together if a threat were to happen. The Agrii being in contact with is good, but still a little confusing that they won't show themselves to us.
no subject
Yeah, we're not at a total loss here. It's not easy, but it's not nothing.
Not all cultures are big on showing their faces. [Or even their real faces, if they show them. She shrugs.] I'm more worried about the rest of us staying in touch with each other, since we're the ones stuck here.
no subject
In time I'll have my own hood down. Is this not a good way to stay in touch with everyone? Or are you afraid that there might come a time when communication will be hard to come by? [ He ponders about that for a moment. ] Is there any other way to stay connected to everyone if this happens to fail? I'm used to more personal encounters when such connections can not be met.

I'm out by the ocean, east of town. Buncha glow in the dark ponies led us there after an incident with some mint.
[A pause.]
A mintcident.

They also really like it if you are polite to them and acknowledge them. I could always use some help in collecting any type of data you find in records to the this planet.
no subject
I do not see the reason to start anything with anyone here. Staying within the light and good is always worth it. There's no reason to bring darkness on to others. I will share whatever data or information I might receive or collect. I do want to find it. Even if it's a magical source.
no subject
Well some people forget that manners can go along way in how you may be perceived. And it's always best to be polite as one can be among a foreign culture.
Any information is always appreciated.
no subject
That is true, but when you dealt with many it's better to be as hospitable as one can be. Even if it's among someone you might not get along with. Being able to see their true intentions unfold is no easy feat.
Likewise, for when you gather more.
Video
Far as I can tell, there's no books at all, except anything someone might've requested.
Video
I see, I'm mostly trying to figure out what they use to gather information and pass along that information to others. Besides for the data transfer that they did with our minds. Exploring would be the next best thing to do.
Re: Video
Yet, at least.
[Maybe you could be the first, even if Bucky doesn't like the idea of information going directly into - or out of - his head.]
My name's Bucky, by the way.
Video
Bucky, how long have you been here for?
Video
[He can't promise to understand it, but he would like to know.]
A couple of months, as far as I can tell. The days are different, though, so it's a little hard to count.
Where're you from?
Video
A few months is still a long time away from home.
[ He smiles at the question. ]
My tale can get a bit confusing with that question. Before coming here I was in the First, also known as Norvrandt. But that's not exactly where I'm from but a place I've been at for a long time.
Re: Video
The second was piloting. Which I actually knew before - it's kinda a long story. But I didn't come here from home. This is my second kidnapping gig in a row. Lucky me, huh?
But it sounds like neither of us has been home in a while, then.
[Color him curious, by the sound of his voice.]
