[ A hooded figure shows up on the feed. There's a staff at his back. A wide smile in greeting while giving a small tentative nod. He's not used to this kind of communication. ]

I go by Crystal Exarch. I am new to this world and have been wondering if there's any additional information gathered. Any who wish to share that kind of information would be listened to and greatly welcomed. I have a few other questions as well. Forgive me for being a bit... off on communicating in this matter. I'm used to more personal interactions.

The questions I have are hopefully simple and easy to answer. Is there a library or a research facility that one can go to? I would be greatly interested in keeping up with doing anything study wise. If there isn't any of those things here, what do you all do in your free time? Has the Agrii returned or reached out for help? Has there been any recent storms on Agra 10?

The closest thing they've got to a library is those data points. So there's more where that first one came from, but it's up to you if you wanna deal with stuff getting shoved in your head again.

There's shops out on the east side of town. They're abandoned, but people have just been taking stuff as they need it.

Home base was the hotel, for a while. People have been scattering since then, picking spots to live they're comfortable with, but I think most of them are still bunking down there. There's a building right next to it where you can get in touch with the Agrii and request stuff, so they're not totally out of contact, but yeah, they're not showing up anytime soon.

I will think that data points over first before going straight for it. Not that I'm afraid, but if it truly becomes an necessity to have the knowledge, then I will do so.

At least there's something around that can be useful for needs.

[ He smiles at the people scattering to comfort ways of living. ] People will eventually would want a home to go back to. The hotel would seem a good spot to start an outskirt of a city. An area to build from if possible. I would like to hope and believe that everyone will come together if a threat were to happen. The Agrii being in contact with is good, but still a little confusing that they won't show themselves to us.

Yeah, we're not at a total loss here. It's not easy, but it's not nothing.

Not all cultures are big on showing their faces. [Or even their real faces, if they show them. She shrugs.] I'm more worried about the rest of us staying in touch with each other, since we're the ones stuck here.

Have you gone exploring while you've been stuck here?

In time I'll have my own hood down. Is this not a good way to stay in touch with everyone? Or are you afraid that there might come a time when communication will be hard to come by? [ He ponders about that for a moment. ] Is there any other way to stay connected to everyone if this happens to fail? I'm used to more personal encounters when such connections can not be met.

Communicators might get borked the same way some of the other tech does, time to time, but so far they've been alright. Your best bet's probably finding out where the people you want to talk to live and meeting them there.

I'm out by the ocean, east of town. Buncha glow in the dark ponies led us there after an incident with some mint.

[A pause.]

I haven't had communication such as this in a long while. It is good to have when it's working. I would like to hope it'll last. I will be sure to get where people are staying as long as they would want to stay in touch. If they want to live in privacy they are more than welcome to do so.

I'll be sure to check out the ocean. I would like to see it while I have the chance. Dark ponies?
