Hello people. I'm late in doing it, but I need to complete this fucking bet I have with Shiro.

I've got a card on the counter of the diner. If you think Shiro is, from your point of view, hot, sign it.

Signing it doesn't mean you want to date him or sleep with him or anything like that. Just, if you think dude is good looking, come sign the card.
