If you'd asked me yesterday if I thought I'd end up on an alien planet with a day that runs longer than Ben Hur, trapped in a spaceship full of stranger's farts flavored with protein paste, I would've told you to stop being an asshole and share those obviously superior drugs you were on. I find it difficult to believe there is no means of documentation.

This technology appears to rely most on transferring information directly into the brain thus bypassing the need for writing altogether. It is plausible that this culture did not develop writing for some time and thus never had need of a library at all.

Not that I've found but maybe there's some nooks and crannies I can't fit my heads in.

Or maybe they just had the internet and when the power went out, BOOP. There go all the books.
