001 👑 my tears are always frozen
Who: Sansa Stark & You
What: Exploration
When: during the first week of arrival
Where: Greenhouse, "Hotel", Fountain
Warnings: None at this time; will update if necessary

( Sansa isn't certain about Agra 10 just yet. She'd adapted well enough to the Fleet, as it was, and then she'd returned to Westeros for a whirlwind of events. She remembers being with Tyrion as a true wife and it'd been wonderful for the short time she'd experienced it; it hadn't been something she'd done upon return to Westeros but would Tyrion have remembered? Would he have even accepted her advances without thinking it a trick? She doesn't know.
Now, however, she finds herself before a fountain. She remembers them in King's Landing, ornate things where water jumped and played. They were of little use, other than ornament, but this one has cool, clear water and Sansa tests it by cupping her hands and bringing it to her lips to drink. It's sweet water, too, and she thinks this is an important thing to remember; she has no idea what other water might be on the planet. She's dribbled it all over her front when she hears someone approach and she clears her throat a bit, startled. )
Sorry, I was just testing to see if it was drinkable. It seems that it is so if we cannot find additional water, at least we have this.
002. greenhouse
( Sansa finds herself drawn to a room that seems, for all the world, quite like the glass gardens at Winterfell. Those glass gardens have been destroyed both by the Boltons and later by the Night King but Sansa remembers how they were when she was a girl. She spots a glowing container with seeds in it and touches it lightly, surprised to realize she knows everything about the plants in this room just now. She knows which are edible and which aren't and she knows how to tend them as well.
She goes through the rows of plants, touching something like a cherry and something like one of the ripe, sweet melons of the Summer Isles. There's a berry that's as poisonous as Tears of Lys and Sansa keeps well away from it, not even daring to touch it. There's another that looks rather like the plant that makes The Strangler but it seems to be perfectly benign. When she sees someone else about to pop one of the poisonous berries into their mouth, she holds up her hands and shouts. )
No, don't! It's poison! There are others which are good but not that one. Come, let me show you which are all right to eat and which aren't.
003. hotel
( Sansa had been used to her accommodations in the Fleet and while they were austere, they were clean and safe. There's no such thing here on Agra 10. The only beds seem to be in an abandoned hotel and they seem dusty with disuse. She doesn't know where she's going to lay her head tonight but she'll need to clear out a room and claim it.
It doesn't take long to make one of the rooms livable. There's no mattresses but the furniture is still in good shape. There doesn't seem to be any damage, really, only the lack of mattress for the bed presents a problem. Sansa thinks she can stuff a mattress if she must but she decides she might look over in the hospital to see if they have one instead; before she creates, she would rather improvise. The Gods have provided for her in the Fleet before so perhaps they will here.
She steps into the corridor and almost bowls into another person. It's not like her, at all, but she recovers and gives the person a small smile. )
Forgive me, I've managed to nearly knock you down. I was too focused on how to make this room livable, apparently.

[ He takes a look around at the surroundings before focusing back in on her. She seems like she's made of tough stuff, if his first impression of her can be counted on for anything. The more people they have like that, the better, in Clint's opinion. This isn't going to be a walk in the park. ]
I mean, it's not a foolproof idea, but what if people contribute whatever clothing they can spare? On the other hand, that might backfire if the weather turns bad, but- It's a thought, anyway.

( Sansa smiles a bit and dips her head a bit in greeting. She's gotten used to being home the last two years and everyone knowing who she is on sight and this is basically a brand new version of the Fleet. )
I am Sansa Stark. I find that I have neglected to introduce myself and I'm apologize.
no subject
[ Or maybe that wouldn't work at all, but people used to make woven blankets from plant materials. He supposes they could attempt to do the same, if worst comes to worst.
But then she's introducing himself, and Clint's quick to smile in return. ]
Nice to meet you.
[ It doesn't bother him that she's just now remembering about introductions. They have other bigger priorities besides exchanging names, although considering they're most likely stuck here for awhile, making connections seems like a good idea. ]
Clint Barton.
[ And then he holds out a hand for her to shake, if she's so inclined. ]
no subject
It's my great pleasure to meet you, Clint. Now, so far as moss or leaves, I think we might find a solution there. Perhaps we ought to go looking in the greenhouse if we cannot find the mattresses for these beds nearby?
no subject
Yeah, I'm thinking that's our best bet here.
[ He gestures in the general direction of the greenhouses (it's hard to tell when inside a building), and adds: ]
After you.
[ Manners matter, even on strange alien planets. ]
no subject
( Now it feels natural enough to make her way to a greenhouse in search of supplies. The time in the Fleet had done her well and prepared her both for life back in Westeros and here in this new place. )
Where are you from? A place like this?
no subject
[ He chuckles just a bit at the thought. ]
But yeah, it just seems like the thing to do: make allies, form connections. Alien planet or not, it's probably not a good idea trying to go it alone.
[ But then he gives her a sidelong glance, somewhat surprised at that admission. ]
So you've seen alien planets before, then. Must be a common theme around here. And no, where I'm from isn't really anything like this. Well, it's not that different, I guess, but it's not the same either. You familiar with Earth?
no subject
( It's a place that Sansa wants to go, eventually, but for now she has to settle with stories about it from Vision and Wanda. It seems like an interesting place even if no place is free of dangers. )
Is that where you come from? My friends Vision and Wanda are from Earth.
no subject
[ And a lot of them are far removed from the hustle and bustle of big cities, at least in Clint's opinion. ]
Oh, you know Wanda and Vision, huh? We've worked together before.
[ And fought each other, in Vision's case, but that's water under the bridge now. ]
no subject
( Sansa is certainly not opposed to gaining a few new friends, after all, and a friend of Wanda and Vision's was certainly someone to extend a bit of trust and goodwill toward. )
Are you as resourceful as they are? That might be useful too.
