[Billy’s in the hospital for those that might recognize the background, sitting in his makeshift office and looking a little unsure before he speaks. ]

Hey, um…with everything going on I figured maybe it would be good to talk about things? I’m sure any of us here at the hospital would be happy to lend an ear…

We’re a real small community here, and I know when any one of us is hurt by someone it can spread a lot of distrust. I don’t know who did this, or why, and uh- I know this all probably sounds extra stupid coming from the guy who’s attacked people twice now ‘cause of the rage bugs, and…trapped us all in the other world for a while. I can’t take those things back. But I can help anyone who might be hurting? If you’re scared or mad- whatever you’re feeling, if you wanna talk about it…

It's not good to let those things fester, especially not in this atmosphere.
I really want to believe that no one is too far gone to turn things around, so please, just…reach out.

There's not enough time in the multiverse to unpack all my issues, but I like the idea of having spaces for people to be able to talk about things. You're right about us being small, so when things happen it does impact all of us in some way.

There never is, trust me. But uh- no harm in unpacking a few of them if it helps, right?

I really wish we had someone properly trained for this, but I'm happy to volunteer if you ever wanna talk.

That's a valid point I have no argument to counter it with.

If we did have someone trained for it, they would be so busy here I'm sure. I'm pretty good at listening too, so same goes for you. Do you talk to people like this a lot where you're from?

Not really, but my mom's a psychologist so I was raised on a lot it. Not the same as actually knowing what I'm talking about, but I try to help people if I can?

Honestly, that's still pretty cool. Especially since it was your mom, she was probably ready for every single talk you could throw at her.
