[Someone thought it'd be fun to make some good use of those errant tape recorders. The feed begins with an almost regal-sounding voice, both encouraging as much as demanding, and such continues along with....Wait, is that music?

It becomes clear it's some sort of workout music of sorts, and once it plays through, it repeats itself.
