He was created by the first android, his mind had a base of the AI a friend of mine wrote and used for years, he was powered in part by a stone that's responsible for holding together my reality, and he was brought to life by my friend, Thor. The God of Thunder.

Made of synthetic tissues. I'm not entirely sure what the material comprises of. It was originally discovered to generate skin and organs for humans, for medical reasons.
