Anyone can be an evil doctor regardless of the field. You could be an evil doctor of art history for all it matters. 'Intelligence' does not translate to 'malfeasance' though I'm not entirely shocked you seem to think it does.

Though, there have been studies that increased intelligence can be linked to heightened sociopathy. Not that I care.
