"Hello. My name is Sephiroth. I have recently arrived here, and after a careful study of my options, have decided that I can be of the most use as part of Security.
"I have been informed by someone working at the diner that there is a killer or killers at large. I will want everything all of you have gathered that could be a clue to their identities. For the time being, I am at the diner since that is where many of you gather. Come talk to me if you've learned anything about this."
He sees no need to unduly pressure them by saying they have to prevent another attempted murder from happening, so he simply ends the feed here.
