[As the video starts, Lark is clearly seated by a warm fire, the communicator pointed toward her, and her hands are busy with what is clearly a pair of knitting needles. She looks insanely comfortable doing this, even with the head of her dog in her lap, just barely on screen.]

Good afternoon all. I was hoping to request some assistance in assisting you. I'm trying to make mittens to help keep us warm when outside this winter. But I need hand sizes. Anyone who would like a pair is welcome to come visit me in the hotel so I can take measurements.

[Then she smiles, shaking her head. Chances were people might find that weird, but she moves on.]

Where I'm from, it's very common to work on projects like this in the winter, and it makes me feel at home to do such things. So I would like to do this, not only to pass the time, but to help you all keep your fingers warm and comfortable this winter.

They need plenty of space to store food through the winter.

[Especially if they didn't have any modern tech, which he didn't think they did.]

So how many people are they storing for?

[Oh there absolutely wasn't modern tech to be dealt with in her world.]

In the Temple? It varies. We want to make sure we can help if the local city is suffering shortages.

Oh, those are the cellars you're talking about? Yeah, those must be really impressive. I've only seen cellars under individual people's homes.

It serves well for the Temple to ensure it can provide for itself but also assist people. So yes, they are very impressive and expansive.

[crystalmaster]

I'd like to see something like that sometime.

[stitch_witch]

Alas, there is nothing like that which I can show you here.

[crystalmaster]

Yeah. Well, maybe someday, if we ever really get this place built up better.

[stitch_witch]

It would take us all really devoting ourselves to it.

[crystalmaster]

That's what we have to do, though, isn't it? Maybe we'll get sent home if we really manage to get things up and running.

I am given to believe it is our purpose here. Though it seems many do not trust it.

[crystalmaster]

Yeah. We might just be here to be observed.

I hope not, though.

Perhaps, though I don't think it's why the Agrii want us here. At least not that alone. I think they need to learn.

They wanna figure out how to be human or something?

They want to figure out how to live as a people.

Yeah. I wonder how many lessons they figure they need.

Perhaps they don't even know.

Probably. They seem like they could be capable of wanting us to stay on indefinitely. I hope not, though.

Well, we have not solved the problem, so perhaps that is why they wait.

All the more reason to try as hard as we can to solve it!

[But he sighs. He knows they've all been trying.]

There are plenty who are suited to solving. I hope they have good luck.

Yeah, me too.

[He was trying to help too, scouring the city for any possible clues when he could, but so far no luck.]

Support is important. It's cool that some people are suited to that.
