Oh What Insanity Is This
It was nice to be able to step off the ship and finally be back in Temba. While it wasn't actually home, it was nice to actually return to the place that had become sort of become home.

That's what he really would have liked to think. As he stepped out of the hangar and was able to survey Temba again, he was completely dumbstruck by everything that had happened. He just... stood there as he stared at it. The plants... there was just so much of it. It was everywhere...

"What the hell happened here? How long were we gone?"

Even though the urge to just stand and stare at the mess was really very tempting, it wouldn't do anything to make things better so finally, he went to find something that he could use to start cutting plants down. Dark that his new arm didn't have the same abilities as his old one and he couldn't just use THAT.

However, the metal arm did come in handy (ha) because he could use it to help push plants to the side with less worry about it actually hurting him. No feeling and very hard to damage helped like that.

But after working for a while, it didn't feel like they had really gotten anywhere. He grumbled before looking at the person next to him.

"How long have we been at this?"

Save the Glownie!
Shiro hadn't been planning on being out so late. He'd kind of lost track of time. One would say it was stupid for him to have been so careless as to forget about this part...

Shiro would call it a blessing though since as he was trying to find his way back, he stumbled upon a faint glowing light among the trees. Moving closer, he spotted one of the glownies that had wandered away from the its home in this mess. Maybe it smelled mint somewhere.

But that wasn't all he spotted. There was Thorntooth that was attempting to sneak up on it, ready for an easy target.

Shiro, of course, couldn't let that happen, charging to get to the Glownie first, having only a dinky weapon to try and delay it in his attempt to flee with the Glownie.

Sorry, crew of the Bishop or anyone else who would be there, there is temporarily a Glownie wandering around on the ship one night...

"Also unsettling. Why only communicate by audio? And where did you hear descriptions if no one has seen them?"

Very strange indeed.

"If I remember correctly, the world has turned uninhabitable for the Agrii so they can't be on this world. Someone told me once what they are supposed to look like. I think there may also be representation at the other city."

"It seems like they should have video, though, not just audio. Oh, there's artwork of them?" Radley hasn't seen much art around.

"There probably are... somewhere. Yeah, there's a theater in the city and it has like... automated plays. I'm wondering if the figures are supposed to be the Agrii or something else that was here."

"Yeah? I'd like to check that out," Radley says. He likes the arts, and in any case, this seems like useful information to have. They should know all about the ones who brought them here.

"When the world is more back to normal, we can take the train to the other side and I can show you around." It was definitely interesting. Even if it didn't answer a lot of questions, it was still enlightening.

"That would be great. I wonder how long it'll take to wrestle these wild plants into submission."

Or if it can even be done....

"Hopefully not too long. Or that something will happen soon which will help get rid of them for us."

That was another possibility with how this world worked.

"Yeah? Like what? Something that gets rid of them but then is a new problem for us to deal with?"

That sounded about like what would happen to him.

"Something like that. Or they just suddenly die out. Hard to tell what will happened. We've had some strange things that just kind of... go away."

"... That's pretty anticlimatic," Radley remarks.

"Yeah, but there are times where anticlimactic is good. Much better than a showdown to the death."

Radley smirks. "No arguments there."

"But until then, or at least for the rest of the night, we have a friend here."

The Glownie definitely wasn't complaining about staying.

Radley nods. "I'm fine with that." He chuckles. "I'm not sure York will be."

"I'll be sure to check with him and see if he has an issue. Unfortunately, not much we can do tonight, but it can always correct it tomorrow."

Radley smirks. "Yeah, he'll just have to deal with it until then."

"I'm sure it will be fine. It's just for a night."

Now that he was done with the mind, the Glownie made a happy sound and began to wander again. Horsie exploring time~

Radley chuckled, watching the Glownie. Now, where would it end up wandering off to? The way things often went, maybe it would end up in York's quarters.

"Well, I guess I'll be heading back to my cabin," he said.

That was possible, but it probably couldn't get through the door. It seemed to be heading towards the kitchen. Did it smell more mint? Did it want a glass of water? Would they ever be able to figure out the mind of a horse? The world may never know.

"Sounds good. Don't worry about this guy; I'll keep an eye on him. Have a good night."

Radley was amused when he saw it heading for the kitchen.

"Sure. You too."

He started to head off down the hall.
