I've been learning my way around and I think I've got enough of a handle of Temba's layout to offer my services for transportation. I'm sure people have probably seen me about the city, and I'm just sorry I haven't thought to make mention earlier.
I can't transport very much- I only have a motorcycle, but I can help deliver things or give people a ride if needed. Just let me know.

Never been either. I know in my time, they sent a team of androids to Jupiter. With no intention of having them come back.
[His lips form a thin line at the thought of androids simply being fodder for humans. For now, it's not remarked on further. There's a hangar to explore.]
I wouldn't mind traveling to space though. Super fucking quiet. This city I guess is the next best thing for quiet.
no subject
[That didn't make much sense to her, but then humans did a lot of things that didn't make sense.]
[I don't know, I guess I'm used to it being more busy. This is weirdly quiet for me.]
no subject
[He scoffed and headed to the door.]
I tried to pick a quiet part of town so I could be left to my own devices. And where I picked reminds me of home.
no subject
[Wait, you're not human?]
[She seems surprised at that. As York heads in, she slips from her motorcycle, turning to walk it towards the hangar doors.]
[I don't think anywhere here offers anything reminiscent of home. Everywhere I look is just a constant reminder that I'm not there.]
no subject
No, I'm not. I'm an android. A custom sculpt and one of three made.
[He walks next to her as he opens the door to head inside.]
The factory seems to be made of metal and it feels like the metal freighter ship I called home with other androids back on my earth.
[Before it was destroyed anyways.]

[Her shoulders droop in a silent sigh, helmet shaking from side to side as she adds on.]
[...but then I guess I can't say I'm terribly surprised. I've seen what humans do to each other in general.]
[It's always surreal stepping into the hangar. Looking at the ships docked there makes her uneasy.]
[The big ones that sail on the seas, right? Those aren't very comfortable. But I guess anywhere can be called home.]
no subject
[There's an aggressive tone to those words and he snaps a menacing gaze to her. But she says words similar to what Cal had told him when York had first arrived to this city.]
...Our freight was for lakes. Michigan isn't on an ocean coast. It shares lake borders with Canada. And we were using the freighter because it was abandoned and at the time, the humans didn't know we were there. We could live in peace.
[Teal eyes look over the ships. Huge by comparison to his Jericho, but no less impressive.]
There are a hell of a lot more than I thought there'd be here.
[He heads towards one of them, the Bloodsport, to get a better look.]
no subject
[I guess we're split into individual groups whenever we're supposed to use them.]
no subject
He stops to wait for her at least, eyes lingering on her bike before going to the Bloodsport. It didn't open for him.]
Supposed to use them? Can we not just take them out whenever we want if a crew gets together?
no subject
[I don't think we can go anywhere off planet, at least. Supposedly we're able to take them to the other city- the only other city around here, anyway. I think that was only recently discovered. You can take the train to get to it as well.]
no subject
Wait... there's another city? And a train? Holy shit. Maybe I should go there if this place gets too fucking crowded with people.
no subject
[Yes. It's still in the process of being repaired for basic utilities, I think, but electricity has been restored to most of the main areas.]
no subject
[Though the other city probably wasn't much better.
He trails a hand over the ship, looking over it and analyzing the shape of it. Couldn't get a reading on its interior though. Strange. There was a lot 'strange' in this place though. Finger tips tapped against the metal and he turned back to Celty.]
I should probably get back to where you picked me up at.
no subject
[She then tilts her head.]
[Already? Well, if you want.]
[She's not going to say no- she's the one who offered to give a ride, after all.]
no subject
[The Agrii's technology was starting to interest him, that was for certain.]
Yeah. I've never ridden a motorcycle before and it's... fun.
[And York is thinking she's human, so that's why it feels weird. He's having fun doing something with a human.
But if she takes the long way back to the other side of town, the android won't complain about it too loudly.]
no subject
[I'm glad you think so. We can take the scenic route back, then.]
no subject
[There's a smirk as he says that, drawing his hand back from the ship and heading towards where she's parked her bike.]
You never did tell me what the fuel source is for your motorcycle, by the way.
no subject
[You're right, I didn't.]
[She confirmed, flashing the tablet at him before she tucked it away to wheel her motorcycle back from the crates she'd left it beside. She tossed over the helmet.]
no subject
[Not that he had much room to talk, since his emotions were unregulated as hell, but York just chalked it up to being another emotional quirk of humans. Typical.
He catches the helmet and fits it on easier than the first time. A few alerts were dismissed - specifically one of his energy level getting low again. York could make it home at least, scenic route or not.]

It sent a thrill to his system, even as he held on tight to her. Going fast wasn't a thing for him, not like this. And in the snowy city landscape he had been pulled from, motorcycles really weren't out.
Maybe the fuel source didn't really matter.]
