it si so cold here how do you deal with it? like going to haven from tevinter all over again.

does anyone have thicker blanket? or maybe more than one? maybe for trade i can teach you some sign language? device is usueful but i am not goood at typing yet.

Yes, it seems we are shaping up for a very cold winter. If you require an additional blanket I have the wool to make another. I shall need to know how tall you are, to ensure I make one of sufficient size.

I do not know what ‘sign language’ is, but I do enjoy learning new things so that would be a pleasure I think.

While I am still uncertain as to what you mean by sign language being your method of communication, I can meet you if you are willing to have measurements taken. I might have some sweaters you can use.

i know, where i am from doesn't get this cold. tevinter is mostly warm; we do not see snow there.

I tend to stay inside where it’s fucking warm. Or on the ships. Or I ask Billy to magic up a sweater for me. What I do, what I am, means I don’t mix with the cold well. It’s part of life.

Don’t know about blankets, though. Could try the replicator. Or ask the Agrii for something. That can be hit or miss.

They’re in the hangars. They’re on the map on the comm device. Well, there are two maps. One for here in Temba, one for Sh’Ka. Both have a hangar. Your ship might be over there are the moment. I don’t fuck with the ships normally so I don’t monitor which is where.

A replicator is like a smart computer that can make things.

i um. do not know what some of those things are. like a computer or hangar. i come from a different world, that does not have thins like this device i use to type on, or replicator. s. we have horses? parchment. i use journals to communicate and write everything down. i like the device better. what ddi you mean when you said what you do and what you are does not mix well with the cold?

The temperature's still pretty bearable. I've been in colder situations, but hopefully things won't get as cold here. The best thing to do is bundle up, and eat and drink something warm.

If you'd like, I can offer you one of the portable heating units I've repaired.

Well it's true it's already gotten colder than the last time.

Not magic, but I guess if you're unused to technology and machines then I can see how it can seem that way. It's wires and things inside that make it generate heat. The power source would need recharging if you use it for a long time, but if you're staying in a place it can be plugged in, then you won't need to worry about that too much.

i come from world that still uses candles and carriages and horses to get around. some people use magic. i do not. making heat sounds like fire magic. magic in general is bad from my world, but it does not seem so bad here. better controlled. i am in a room in the hotel. eight floor up. eighth.

this is hard to type on sometimes. ia m sory about mistakes.

lots of animals lurk in teh snow and try to attack, so yeah. dangerous. it never snowed in tevinter. too far north.

Christ, I grew up with cell phones and still struggle with texting. It's tedious and only got worse when they added emoticons!

That aside- Have you found a place to stay? There are furnished and repaired rooms in the hotel in the town center.
