Network post: Video

[The scene is of water and Noctis is visible, working on perfecting his craft of fishing here in this strange new land. He casts the line with his right hand and it goes out pretty smoothly. And as he talks to the camera, the bobber is bobbing along pretty well at first and only the side of him is seen since he's not looking directly at it.]

I'm studying agriculture, but it seems I wasn't able to get a lot of information on the different fish here. I know they got pretty big back where I'm from so I was kinda hoping someone could tell me how big they get here if anyone knows.

[And then the bobber goes down quick and Noct pulls back with the rod. And the next thing that's heard is splash and the camera falls off its perch to reveal a pale hand coming up out of the water and onto the deck after a moment or two. Next heard is spluttering accompanied with slight swearing but there's no one on camera.]

What the hell was that?

[She gasps happily as something breaks through the water, if briefly, but the splashes are certainly encouraging. She nods at Noctis, getting to her feet as she continues to reel.]

[Just like Gladio used to do for him along with his other two guys, Noctis got in the water and pulled the fish up after getting splashed a bit. This was fun and it was nice to be able to share this hobby of his.

So it took him a moment or two and finally he held it up for her to see.]

Nice catch.

[Getting all wet again hadn't been a step Omega had expected, but Noctis doesn't seem to mind as he goes in to help secure her catch. She looks excited, and a little proud once he holds the fish up.]

Wow! My first fish!

[fatedsacrifice]

[He hoisted it up on the deck for her to take a look at and then lifted himself up out of the water.]

Now you can brag to everyone.

[She laughs at that, setting the pole down as she steps over for a closer look at the fish.]

I'm just glad it wasn't whatever pulled you in. You must catch a lot of fish though.

[She smiles over at him.]

[He just smiled a little shyly recalling that he did start this off by getting pulled in. But that was what made him stay around because he wasn't risking her facing the same and having no help, not that Noctis would ever say that help was needed.

But he nodded at her thank you.]

Think you could handle it on your own now at some point?

I think so! But I'd have to borrow a fishing pole, of course.

[He could only smile.]

I think that can be arranged.
