I'm seeing a lot of people apologizing for what they did while we were in the city.

What if what you suddenly feel guilty about is older than that? If no one is here to apologize to?

I remember. Did something happen?

Yes. I was caught in it, and started to see people. Faces I knew from that life, but mostly ones I didn't recognize. They all started accusing me of things I'd done ... and surrounding me, coming after me. I didn't remember any of it then, but ... now, being back here, with my mind back to what it was ... it was all true. I've done a lot more damage than I realized.
