Senator +2
WHO: Padme Naberrie Amidala and YOU
WHERE: All over the place
WHAT: March catch-all
WHEN: ... March
WARNINGS: Pregnancy. Birth in later prompts.
The Vanquish
She'd certainly been awake a moment ago. And she'd certainly been on a different ship. With some difficulty, she manages to sit up and swing her feet over the edge of the bunk. One hand presses against her belly as she looks around. This is very concerning.
Getting to her feet, she steps out into the corridor of the strange ship. Decision made. There's no point in sitting around and waiting. She sets out to search the ship for an owner... or answers.
To market, to market.
They're only there for another week or so, then they'll be back where the others had come from. Needless to say, she's going to need more clothes than what she was wearing. She can be found flitting between the various markets in the nearby vicinity, stocking up on clothing, accessories, toiletries, and anything else she might need. Also luggage. She'll definitely need some luggage to pack it all in.
If she sees someone who looks like they don't quite fit in (either by their clothes or the way they're looking at everything) she'll approach them with a smile. "Hello. If I might be so bold: are you from Agra 10?"
About the City (Near the end of the month) CW for beginning labor
Once Padme had learned about the unlimited credit they'd been given, she knew she had to put it to good use. Once she'd bought all of the things she would need, she bough out several markets worth of clothes, food, and other useful items. Hiring some people and droids to help, she had them all boxed up and sent to lower-income areas of the city. She'd lived there long enough to know where it would do the best good. Things had changed in 900 years, but not that much.
Holding her belly, she gestures to a droid. "No, no. That box goes over there with the crates of food going to CoCo Town." The droid beeps and toddles off.
As it leaves, Padme frowns, swaying a little. A protocol droid approaches her, "Are you quite alright? Perhaps you should sit."
Padme nods, "Yes. Yes I think that's a good idea."
IT'S TIME! (Near end of the month) (Closed to Obi-Wan. Anyone else can sit in the waiting room.) CW: Birth (non graphic)
Padme cries out in pain, reaching out, searching for Obi-Wan's hand. "Obi-Wan... please don't leave me. I can't...." She cries out again. "I can't do this alone!"
A Jedi healer smiled kindly at Padme. "You're doing fine. You all are."
Wildcard!
((Do you want to hang with the Senator and don't like any of these prompts? Let me know! You got to know her during one thread and want to do a second one coming to visit her and the twins? GO FOR IT! You do you, I'm not going to stop you. As always I'm

Nodding, she smiles gratefully at him and takes his arm. "Thank you. I'm afraid I may have overdone it a little today."

"So long as you aren't the one loading and unloading crates," he says as he walks her over to the nearest bench, making sure he isn't walking too fast. Mostly because of her condition. "What's all this for?"
no subject
She appreciates the help, though she doesn't like to admit that she needs it. The dull aches are starting to increase to more serious pain and she's starting to grow concerned. "I'm not, don't you worry. The Agrii were more than generous in their allocation of spending money for us. I used what I needed for myself, now I'm using what I can to help others here."
no subject
"That's our Senator," Echo 'echoes' the shared sentiment of his brothers under a breath, quietly proud as they stop in front of the bench. He then adds, "I'll be back soon with the water."
no subject
Besides... the growing pain she's feeing is a more pressing concern.
She lets him help her to the bench, looking more flushed than before, her forehead dotted with sweat. "Thank you, Echo. I appreciate that."

Amid hectic thoughts, the ARC Trooper gives Padme a brusque nod, quickly pivoting to stride to the nearest vendor.
He tries not to waste time, ending up with water and some kind of street snack because of a language barrier and the Sullustan's insistence, muttering something about keeping the change because his hands decide they don't want to function properly enough to count out the exact amount of credits for the extra thing.
"Water," is the first word he chokes out while trying not to go into a full clip back to where he left the Senator. "And...some food– Senator??"
no subject
By the time he gets back to her, she's breathed through the pain she'd been experiencing and was just trying to find a comfortable position to sit. "Thank you, Echo." She takes the water, though she raises an eyebrow at the food. "I'm afraid I'm not very hungry at the moment. But I appreciate the thought."
no subject
Echo breathes a light sigh, releasing some of the tension in his body as he nods. "You're welcome." He then briefly looks at the small tray in his hand, his brow knitting under the helmet. "The guy really pushed it, but I'll save it just in case."
no subject
She smiles at his concern. "You could give it to someone who needs it more than I."
no subject
She's not even a Jedi and she can sense how he's currently feeling under the guise of trooper protocol. He may not be hiding it very well, but it's still impressive.
"So it's not wasted," Echo comes to the conclusion with a nod. "A good idea. I can probably find someone in this crowd..." It's admirable that she isn't thinking about herself, but he stays close enough to observe any other changes in her condition. Without the Coruscant Guard around, or any other solid Coruscant connections for that matter, he takes on the responsibility without complaint.
Although he does have half a mind to comm Obi-Wan about the situation. Just so there's another option open.

Padme will care about others to her dying breath.
too soon? She smiles and nods at him, sipping her water. "That sounds like an excellent idea." Also, hey, it never hurts to call Master/General Kenobi. Sure, panic the Jedi.
