Senator +2
WHO: Padme Naberrie Amidala and YOU
WHERE: All over the place
WHAT: March catch-all
WHEN: ... March
WARNINGS: Pregnancy. Birth in later prompts.
The Vanquish
She'd certainly been awake a moment ago. And she'd certainly been on a different ship. With some difficulty, she manages to sit up and swing her feet over the edge of the bunk. One hand presses against her belly as she looks around. This is very concerning.
Getting to her feet, she steps out into the corridor of the strange ship. Decision made. There's no point in sitting around and waiting. She sets out to search the ship for an owner... or answers.
To market, to market.
They're only there for another week or so, then they'll be back where the others had come from. Needless to say, she's going to need more clothes than what she was wearing. She can be found flitting between the various markets in the nearby vicinity, stocking up on clothing, accessories, toiletries, and anything else she might need. Also luggage. She'll definitely need some luggage to pack it all in.
If she sees someone who looks like they don't quite fit in (either by their clothes or the way they're looking at everything) she'll approach them with a smile. "Hello. If I might be so bold: are you from Agra 10?"
About the City (Near the end of the month) CW for beginning labor
Once Padme had learned about the unlimited credit they'd been given, she knew she had to put it to good use. Once she'd bought all of the things she would need, she bough out several markets worth of clothes, food, and other useful items. Hiring some people and droids to help, she had them all boxed up and sent to lower-income areas of the city. She'd lived there long enough to know where it would do the best good. Things had changed in 900 years, but not that much.
Holding her belly, she gestures to a droid. "No, no. That box goes over there with the crates of food going to CoCo Town." The droid beeps and toddles off.
As it leaves, Padme frowns, swaying a little. A protocol droid approaches her, "Are you quite alright? Perhaps you should sit."
Padme nods, "Yes. Yes I think that's a good idea."
IT'S TIME! (Near end of the month) (Closed to Obi-Wan. Anyone else can sit in the waiting room.) CW: Birth (non graphic)
Padme cries out in pain, reaching out, searching for Obi-Wan's hand. "Obi-Wan... please don't leave me. I can't...." She cries out again. "I can't do this alone!"
A Jedi healer smiled kindly at Padme. "You're doing fine. You all are."
Wildcard!
((Do you want to hang with the Senator and don't like any of these prompts? Let me know! You got to know her during one thread and want to do a second one coming to visit her and the twins? GO FOR IT! You do you, I'm not going to stop you. As always I'm

Frown deepening, Jon pulls forth his phone rather than answering her questions in return. "Tell me your name." He instructs, already going through the names listed on the network. "And those memories. What were those about?"
no subject
"No. Not until you tell me who you are."
no subject
He could simply reach into her mind and pull the answer out, yes, but that seems rather drastic given he quite likely has her name right in his hands already.
So the scowl relaxes into a milder, yet not unconcerned frown. "The Agrii have brought you here, haven't they." What a time for them to bring in yet another pregnant woman... He sighs. "...right. I'm Jonathan Sims. The Archivist."
no subject
Agrii... the name triggers the new memories in her mind. Her eyes widen as she realizes what's going on. Though... how does she have these memories? Where did they come from? One hand presses against the side of her head and she closes her eyes for a moment. "Yes... Yes, they did. Agra 10..." That would be how he found her name, too. He's from there, as well. She shakes her head a little, remembering her manners. "I'm sorry. This is all very new to me. It's nice to meet you, Mr. Sims. Or should I call you Archivist?"
no subject
His eyes drop down to her very pregnant form and he adds: “If you’re lucky, you will have them here. Temba has a hospital, but no real medical staff, unfortunately.”
no subject
His comment causes her brow to furrow with concern. "No medical staff? That's not good at all. What happens if anyone becomes ill or injured?"
no subject
"And as of now Billy has taken care of most injuries with his magic. And apparently the Jedi can do a certain degree of healing as well. At least for some of us." It doesn't exactly work on Jon.
no subject
"Jedi?" Her eyes open wider. "There are Jedi here? Where?" If there were Jedi there that might mean Anakin, or Obi-Wan!
no subject
But then he pauses, narrowing his eyes, a little suspicious. "You are familiar with them, I take it." The question is how she stands towards them. Is she one of those she should warn Cal and the others about? Those that want any Jedi dead?
"I will let you know that you won't find any allies if your goal is to harm either of them." Jon settles with this rather than try and pull any more information out of her. Maybe she is willing to clarify her own position willingly.
no subject
"Please don't misunderstand. I consider the Jedi to be friends and allies." Unconsciously, one of her hands rubs over her belly as she speaks, "I've been working with the Jedi to preserve the Republic and stop the Separatists."
no subject
He is silent for a moment, but then inclines his head slightly. "This Republic you speak of... If I'm not mistaken it has fallen and become an Empire for most others of your galaxy that have shown up on Agra 10. An Empire that caused a lot of pain." Especially to the Jedi.
no subject
His mention of the Republic hits a sore spot. She looks down, her heart filled with sorrow. "Yes. I was in the Senate when it happened. Ultimately, we failed to prevent the end of the Republic."
no subject
Normally Jon wouldn't give out another person's location just like that, but he is well aware of how well the Jedi are defending their temple.
"And for what it's worth, I'm sorry. For what happened to your democracy."
no subject
His sentiment gives her pause. She's still absorbing what happened. She nods slowly, looking down. "Thank you. As am I."
no subject
"Our stay on this planet won't be long." He informs her. "We will return to Agra 10 soon, I suppose, so it wouldn't hurt to get what supplies you will need before we return. Should still have a few days, so if you want to meet Master Kenobi first, there is time for that. He knows this planet better than most others of our group."
