From the sewers to a space ship
WHO: Eddie Kaspbrak and YOU
WHERE: Bishop, then open
WHAT: OMFG WHERE THE FUCK AM I?!
WHEN: Now? When the fuck is now even?
WARNINGS: Language, mostly. Possible canon talk
Bishop
There's a man in one of the bunks who was absolutely not there before. He looks (and smells) like he just rolled out of the sewers. His jeans, t-shirt and hoodie are covered in an array of multicolored substances. His left cheek is bandaged in a very soiled gauze patch. Needless to say... He looks worse for wear.
He sits bolt upright with a terrified gasp. "Richie!" His eyes wide with fright, he looks around. "Whaaaaat the fuck?" Inexplicably, he knows where he is and what he's doing there, but that doesn't make him feel any better. He was in the cavern, saving Richie and something... Something was wrong. He makes a face as he reached back to scratch a weird itch in the middle of his back. Alright. He's not going to get any answers sitting in bed.
He gets up and moves to the door, peeking out. It's going to take him a while to find the way out of the ship, especially considering the tightness in his chest. He wasn't claustrophobic usually, but he had to get some air. He can be found wandering aimlessly around the ship, looking confused and slightly panicked.
Outside the ship
When he finally stumbles outside, he takes a few deep breaths. "Ohthankfuck." Leaning forward, he braces his hands on his legs and tries to get his breathing back to normal. Once he feels sufficiently calm, he takes a deep breath and straightens.
Then he sees his first alien and that goes out the fucking window. Hello Coruscant. There's a human in the space port alternating between screaming in terror and laughing awkwardly as he tries to figure out if he's really hallucinating and having an anneurism at the same time.

Things were already weird, being back on a planet within a familiar galaxy. Now he was hearing an extra voice within the shuttle just after everything (had mostly) calm down.
Last he checked, there were only four of them on the roster. And this man standing out in the middle of the hall was an entirely new face.
Echo frowns, shifting the helmet in his arms and turning to walk toward Eddie. "Hey," he calls out on approach, "what's all this– oh."
no subject
Oh shit. This guy definitely looks like some kind of soldier, and not the nice cuddly kind. His eyes widen and he takes a step back, flattening against the wall. "Shit... I... uh, I just woke up here, I swear. I don't even know where the fuck here is! Except for the weird shit that I just kind of know, but I don't know how I know what I know, I just know it." He's rambling. But he's nervous and this guy looks like he could break him in half if he wanted, and he's not sure if he's trespassing and please don't hurt him.
no subject
A hand rises, gesturing to placate the panicked man. "Easy there," Echo says, keeping his tone even. "You're gonna be okay, I don't mean any harm." Because he can't help but look the way he does. "My name's Echo. Take a few breaths and I'll try to catch you up on the situation."
no subject
Eddie nods, taking those breaths as he tries to assure himself that the big armored soldier isn't going to kill him... he thinks... "Eddie... there's a situation?" His brow furrows with concern. That's not usually something someone says when there's a good thing going on.

He nods again. "The Agrii... Yeah that's one of the things I don't know how I know about... But... maybe? I think so? Shit, I don't know, man, I just woke up here." He pauses, frowning deeply. "Wait... how do you not expect a spaceship to go somewhere? Doesn't someone have to, you know, fly it or something?"
no subject
He digs out his communication device from his belt pouch, waving it in his free hand. "Even if he had a hunch we'd be traveling, I don't know how much control he would've had to steer away from here."
no subject
He looks back up at Echo, raising one eyebrow. One hand gestures in front of him as he talks. "Okay, so, even if I believe all of this. Why the fuck would they send everyone here in ships? They abducted us here, right? Why not just zap us to wherever they want us to be?"
no subject
Thanks to Eddie, it's a different angle to think about. But they still have this to deal with. "What matters to the Agrii is that they think of us as 'heroes' that can help them with their problem back on Agra 10. But now it seems they want us to learn more for ourselves while we're here on Coruscant."

Says the man who just threw a fence post through the mouth of a giant evil alien clown.
no subject
The clone offers a slight smirks at that. "Looks like the Agrii thought otherwise." As he turns and motions for the man to follow, he adds, "You might wanna clean up and a get a fresh dressing for that."
no subject
He sighs, his shoulders sinking with resignation. He's stuck there. What the fuck is he going to do? Not having any better ideas, he follows Echo. "A new dressing for..." His hand goes to his cheek, "Riiight. Yeah." He scoffs a laugh, "Been a rough day. Could you believe a childhood bully ambushed me in the bathroom and stabbed me in the fucking face. And that's not even the weirdest thing that happened to me."
no subject
He says this like it's no big deal, but there is still a tinge of concern found in there somewhere. "You mean waking up here isn't the weirdest thing that's happened so far?"
no subject
He shakes his head. "Not by a fucking long shot."
no subject
The clone's expression then becomes sympathetic after Eddie's admission. "Maybe you should sit down," he suggests, handing the first aid kit over. "There's gonna be a lot more to take in once you step off of the shuttle."
no subject
"Could you believe a few days ago my life was completely normal? A wife, a job, a life in the city... no space ships or alien clowns or stabbings at all."
Sorry, Echo. He's having a moment. Shaking his head, he cracks open that kit to take a look at what passes for first aid there.
no subject
Although he can't picture what Eddie's life was like before being brought over (and maybe for the better, considering the short summary he came up with), Echo sympathizes.
"Take the time you need, mate," he says, patting the man on the shoulder. "You just got in. I don't wanna run you outside while you're still gathering your bearings."
no subject
"Thanks. This is all just a lot, you know?"
no subject
"Not a problem at all. I felt the same way after arriving on a ship I didn't recognize." He then glances at Eddie again. "If it means anything, you're actually doing better than you were earlier."
no subject
He looks up at the comment. "Huh? Oh..." You're braver than you think. He rakes his fingers through his hair and shrugs. "I guess that's what happens when I have something else to focus on."
no subject
"If it gets you through tough times. Sometimes that's all you can do."
no subject
He nods. "Yeah... Yeah that's what the experts call a defense mechanism." He smirks, chuckling. "But as long as it works, right?"
no subject
"Need anything else?" he then inquires. "Something to drink, or eat?"
