I have been working on brushing up on things that have come to pass before my arrival here, and how what I found might allow me to provide further assistance to people.

[The woman looks... a bit nervous before she continues speaking.]

It is clear to me that the cold time of the year is approaching. There are things that may not be as available to us to do otherwise with the cold. And I have thought perhaps there are things we can do to foster a sense of community.

[Kree were very big on small unit cohesion.]

Often my people did this with combat training. This does not seem appropriate. Is there something else that people do in this season that I might be able to assist in setting up?

[Okay, maybe she wants to learn more about humans and their habits.]

If not, I can teach people to fight. It is good for fitness.

I am not sure what hell is, but if you feel strained and tired, that is not bad. Have a bit more water. Then stretch slowly to cool your body. This is all very normal. Though I suppose we did not go long.

[But she was a warrior designed to fight for many days on end, so her metric for fatigue was very different.]

I assure it was long enough for someone like myself.

[ He says this between sips of water and a look down at his sweaty self. ]

At least I won't have any trouble sleeping tonight. My body may need that extra recovery.

It shall. Allow it that. And if you can, consume additional protein.

[She finds water for herself and sips from that as well.]

If you return tomorrow, we will do a lighter day, just stamina. We can alternate daily goals.

[ Jon gives a nod, which doesn't mean that he will necessarily heed the advice to find some protein. Though he is still curious as to whether or not his body remembers how to process is. ]
