[After everyone's communicators make a very loud beeping noise]
Did you miss me? I missed you. I could kiss all of you right now. Please report, in order of severity. The sensors still aren't fully operational, and I know this because I'm sure Cayde has set something on fire by now but I'm not seeing the alarms.
I've been working on trying to get the power stabilized over here. On the way to the bridge we noticed a lot of the internal shielding has been going haywire. I had to shut down the fields to keep anyone from getting fried.
Tommy and Wanda have gone to take Ga Re to medical. Whatever happened to the ship earlier affected her the same way the storms do back on Agra Ten. It's been interfering with us too. Tommy's speed, my connection to the Force...
We should have those shields under control shortly. Reeve's gone in to the belly of the beast, and whatever he is doing is giving me a lot more room to work.
Are you alone? Where is everybody else? Is Ga Re going to live? She's the only one on this boat that has answers for us. Don't you die, either.
[Sorry Tony, but Wanda's hands are kind of too occupied to text.]
Ga Re's hurt. The storm did something to her.
We are trying to get her to the medical bay but unless they've labelled "storm cure" I don't know how much we can do for her. We don't have a medic, just me.
[Wanda is the only one allowed to not text. Just this once, though.]
You're going to do great, Bella Donna. Ga Re's in the right hands. That's not a storm, though, that's a weapon, that was deliberate. It's not just something that happens to take these guys out. Do you understand me? You're extracting a bullet, not curing a cold.
I'm doing my best to make sure that they can't. Wiccan's gone with a team to try to shut them down before they can do anymore damage. We're taking care of it on our end, focus on yours.
Since when can you not do something? As soon as you get to the med bay, you're going to send me everything you can find and we're going to look for some solutions together. They've got to have some information about treating this by now, they didn't go straight to kidnapping people to deal with it.
[Hey, it's not easy for Wanda either. To always feel like the inferior version of herself, the one that can't keep her own brother alive or give Vision a choice to have a family of their own. The one that didn't have to almost die for her powers.
The one who probably could wave a hand and just fix Ga Re like it's nothing. But no, they're stuck with her instead.]
You have a strange idea of a party.
[A beat. There's some shuffling in the background - this isn't exactly a stealth mission - and then Wanda says in a quiet voice:] I'm not going to let her die.
Of course not. Where would we go from there? You've got this under control, sweetheart. We're going to make sure she's going to get through this quick, then you're going to kick the ass of whoever did this, then you're going to kick her ass for doing this to us. See, all part of the plan.
[Tony doesn't really know what to do with that now, making another awkward pause between them. That must have been hard to hear, for people who had friends here.]
Wanda, sweetheart...
[He's not really the one to talk about it with, though.]
She's got to know how we got here, though, right? Who else would? Door works both ways. She shows us the door, we're half way there.
[That's not quite true, but it hadn't exactly been a detail Tony was hanging onto.]
If you're about to tell me we get out of this with a big musical number, I'm willing to explore the concept, but be prepared for going in a different creative direction.

[Text] Mr. Hammond, the phones are working.

Ga Re's in good hands, but we don't have a medic. Wanda's doing her best.
Doing my best not to. You stay safe too, Tony.
Re: [Text]
See if you can get Poe some control of the ship from there to get us away from these guys outside.
I'll try to get eyes on everyone.
[Text]
Looks like there are controls for the ship here, just need to make sure they don't cut out on us.
[voice]
Ga Re's hurt. The storm did something to her.

[If only Altair was still here.]

[voice]
[It's a serious concern. She's not sure Ga Re would survive another blast, and if her powers get messed with even more...]
I can keep her alive, but I can't fix this. Either because of what it is or what that did to my powers.
[voice]

[She can't just...snap her fingers or wish really hard or whatever-it-is her other self does to make things happen.
Dryly:] Is it too much to hope that things will be labelled?
Re: [voice]
[Steve had made that clear enough, but that didn't mean it didn't hurt to hear.]
I know.
[Now he doesn't really know what to do with that, and it's not really a good time to mourn.]
Hey, what part of this had been easy so far? No reason for that to change. We keep the party going anyway.
[voice]

They really don't know what happened to our friends who disappeared. I don't think she could send us home even if I tried to make her.

I know how we might be able to get home but it isn't what you think. Do you remember that singing in her message?
