It's just... not a question he can answer that easily. Sure, he knows there's some drawbacks to the way he's living, but it’s not like he can just turn in a resignation letter. Even if he could, it wouldn’t keep the cops and traitors off his back. And there’s no guarantee of safety in a straight life either. At least this is one he actually understands.
