Well, that's part of it. And then there's the whole Jedi thing, but that's what you get when the person in charge of the galactic government has it out for your kind.

"In this kind of place? Less is more. And the best way to do things is to try to think ahead. Moving is already hard, as you can tell. Go slowly and always be mindful of your next action- where you're going to use to push forward, what can you use ahead to stop yourself if needed. Your speed is determined by how much force you put into pushing yourself away from something, and it'll be consistent until you either hit something to stop yourself or something pushes you even harder."

People in charge tend to have it out for people of specific kinds. It was the nature of power. It corrupted.

"So it's like a complex physics problem where you take out all the friction. Got it. Try not to slam into anything. We probably can't get enough force to get too hurt if we bang into something, right? Since we're limited by the force of my muscles?"

please tell her she isn't going to break an arm out here.

"That's how it should work," Cal nods. "But I won't let you drift too far if it looks like you're getting out of control."

He looks ahead, trying to get a sense of anything around.

"This'd be a little easier to navigate with an actual map," he muses. "That'd probably require a working terminal."

"Maybe we can get one working?" Robin suggests. "I grabbed a load of energy crystals from the hold. So maybe we can jumpstart something?"

She'd rather think about that than about how fast or not Cal's super cool powers work.

"Maybe! Worth a shot, anyway. Keep your eyes peeled for anything that looks like one."

Lights flicker a little here and there, illuminating an open doorway off the corridor they drift down. Cal points towards it. Seems as good a place as any to have a look.
