They might have been kidnapped or something, but that wasn't any reason not to have fun. Despite only knowing one of them, she dragged both Tony and Steve out into the snow, clearly considering herself the boss.

"We're going to have a snow fight," she announced, "We need to build forts first though. Over here. And I get some else on my team, because I'm a lady and that's fair," she adds, giving them a pointed look that dared either of them to argue. "You can decide which of you is on my team. And we can find other people to join so long as the teams are fair, okay?"

"We didn't start yet!" he complains. "You can't throw snow at the negotiations table!" That was a good way to start a whole war.

"Anthoooony," Jan rebuked, hands on her hips. She might not know how to middle name him, but she sure as hell knows how to full first name shame. That didn't seem quite enough though, so she ducked to grab up fist fulls of snow and tackled Tony, trying to force the snow down the back of his neck. "That's not nice!"

Far too overconfident from Steve's defensive position, and in no way prepared to use his strength against a girl, Tony was easily overcome and was face down in the snow before he understood what was happening. He yelped and squirmed to get away from the ice going down his shirt, rolling to the side to be less exposed and to put a hand up to keep Jan at a distance. He didn't need to be that close to her to throw another balled fistful of snow against her chest.

Looks like the fight's already started, so Steve takes the time to pick up a fistful of snow to throw at Tony while he's busy with Jan. "Say uncle!" he calls, while they surround him.
