I ran away into the night
Who; Angeal and you (Yes, you)
What; Snow, gifts, angry incense (aka sparklers)
Where; Noth
When; January 10th through January 17th
Warnings; None, will change if needed
Snow - Snow was a somber reminder of Modeoheim even though he did like snow. Other Soldier members didn't like it so much but he did. The nice long military issue like jacket kept him nice and warm too, even if part of him thought it too hot. Angeal stood at six foot four, so it was a nice fit for him. But when the wind blew, it was nice to have as were the warmer gloves than what he arrived in. Lifting a hand, he saw the remains of a snow fight piled up and he smiled.
Getting down on his knees, he began to form something of a snowman. He'd found extra buttons in his jacket and used those for eyes and sticks were made into hands. And when he was done, he stepped back to admire his work.
"I don't think it looks that bad, but it might need a scarf?"
Gifts - Angeal was rather surprised and confused to see his Buster sword because he'd given it to Zack. But here it was in front of him, a gift from the Agrii he'd been told. Taking it up in his hand, he lifted it with one hand just as he used to do and almost haltingly set it to his back. The weight was comfortable and very familiar at the same time and it was like being reunited with an old friend which was basically what it was and came down to. Of course it made him think of the man who raised him, his mother and his friends.
Next, he almost smiled as he saw some tools to cook with because they'd definitely come in handy. Turning to the person next to him, Angeal shook his head. "I take it you got something good?"
Sparklers - Angeal was a former First class. But when he was given sparklers, he couldn't get any of his questions answered. So it was night time before he decided to ignite them. Wandering around the village, he kept searching out sources for ignition and couldn't seem to locate anything. Undeterred, Angeal figured he just might need to search later, he learned patience long ago with two showy hot headed competitive friends and a student.
Night time came, and he was still out of a source, until he came upon someone. "I don't suppose that you have anything to help me light these? I can share an extra one in trade."

With a nod he turned and wrapped it around the snowman's neck and looked at Lark.
"It's not going to melt it, is it?"
no subject
Because melting the snowman would be rude.

He stepped back and took a look at it. "Can we take pictures with these phones? I didn't bring my camera from back home."

Even with Communications the technology here could be... overwhelming.

Surely there must be. But Lark was quite patient.

He wasn't here to trouble her or to make a pest of himself.

"I am certain you will adjust. It seems just about everyone can, especially as they spend time here. We learn much about each other and how to work together in that manner."

Wrap?
"I'm sure we'll get by."
