Do you have any scanning equipment on the ship? If the storm effects go that far, then it should be possible to get a reading even from a distance once you've moved away.

We can only get so much information from down here when we're in the middle of things. Some of us suspect that the origin of the storms isn't internally, or at the very least, not where we can reach very easily. And if there are other things happening during the storms, then that stops us from trying to find out where it's coming from. So we need any help and information you can offer when it's happening, even if it's from afar.
