- The pizza oven has been repaired and upgraded so should thereby now be ready to serve up some piping hot pies. I would not be opposed to being present for its test-run and subsequent product sampling.

- The replicator has been stripped of its unnecessary decor and likewise upgraded. It is functioning properly. No, nothing was really wrong with it aside from the fact that the steampunk elements were kind of an eyesore and if we're on an alien planet somewhere in the middle of space then I'd like things to at least look accordingly.

- There was this one annoying light in the hotel that was always flickering- sorry about the minor brownout but I figured you'd thank me later- anyway, everything has been rewired and working again. ...if you are yet experiencing technical difficulties, leave a message.

Renovation! The Forge is nice and all but I need storage space and I've been meaning to set up my own workshop for months. There's a couple of non-spidery factory buildings not too far from there so I'm looking into one of those. There's enough space that I could set up a mini-greenhouse area too! Building above ground means I can use natural light and not rely on artificial.

Gladio thinks he's just going to show you survival skills and how to swing around an axe. You're going to have to convince him to give you essays on literary analysis, so any of it means anything. He's shy.

I didn't have to wrangle anything, he was already doing it, just forgot to send out the invitations. We're still working out the details, it might be a schoolhouse situation, he might have you churning butter for the full effect. He's got some old fashioned ideas like that. You'll have to ask him if you've got some different ones.

Steampunk settings are often set in space. The replicator worked fine as you said yourself. And some of us appreciated the design.

I just figured no one could be bothered to fix it. Anyway, a lot of it wasn't part of the original design and ran the risk of eventual overheating at some point. Trust me, my intervention was for the best.
