The trailer you find yourself walking into might appear dated depending on when and where you’re from. Its styling is out of date even for its own period, a bit strange and chaotic. The walls are lined with a collection of random mugs and hats, a fold out cot stashed in a corner near the door. It’s cluttered, and very lived in.

There’s an odd…stain on the ceiling of the living room. Almost a crack? The longer you look the more it seems to spread, and are those strange particles falling from it just dust? Maybe it’s best to look away.

The television is on, playing some news story, but a voice calls from the other end of the trailer, and Eddie leans out from his bedroom, encouraging you to join him in there.

There’s only one bedroom in the place, those it’s easy to tell this is Eddie space. The walls are covered in various posters, metal concerts, drawings, and a large spray-painted banner that reads- Corroded Coffin hanging a bit haphazardly. A sheet’s been pinned up to act as a curtain, and the floor is littered with clothes.

"So...this is weird," Eddie greets.

[ooc: Cheated the ‘room’ a bit, it’s fiiiine, shhh. Playing it a bit more fast and loose with memories, no bolding this time for Eddie at least, sorry if that makes it difficult for anyone. Please do look at the warnings above and let me know if there are any themes you especially don’t or…do want.

"..." Eddie gives him a look that says he doubts that very much, almost tempted to take it as a challenge. "Super hero, huh? You know, I heard about this girl with powers once. Pretty epic shit. What do you do?"

"I can run more than four hundred miles and hour and I'm durable and I can make things explode."

Dude, don't doubt just because you're jealous.

"When we get out of here I can show you."

Nah, man. The doubt is all in terms of there being nothing that could upset him. Eddie knows for a fact there's plenty that'll do the trick. Not that he wants to subject anyone to them.

His eyes widen, flicking over Tommy in wonder. "...Seriously dude?"

Get kidnapped by a cosmic horror and be the reincarnated son of a witch and an android, and go to space for a while with an alien, and little bothers you anymore. Except for the things that do.

"Seriously. Ask anyone who's been here longer than, like, a month."

These things still might do.

"I've been here more than a month," Eddie defends, but maybe he hasn't branched out as much as he should've in that time. "So super fast and explosions and a brother that can heal people, pretty epic family."

[doubled_speed]

"Then you haven't been at the diner at the right hours. Though I guess with Radley helping I farm more."

Still, 'brother that can heal people'. Tommy laughs.

"That's not even the start of it. But it's the simple part."

"Oh yeah, that you? I owe you, man. Can't cook for shit. Been missing the diner food in here."

Eddie grins and shrugs a shoulder, "Always wanted a little brother or sister. Little jealous, gotta be honest."

[doubled_speed]

"Someone else started it. I kept it going. A lot more people help now so I spend more time on harvests and supply management," he admits with a shrug. And then laughs. "Me of three years ago would have been shocked."

Wanting a younger brother or sister. Tommy smiles to himself.

"Me too. I just didn't want my family to have more kids."
