[The video opens up on a close up of Lance. He...is not exactly looking at his Sunday best, to say the least. A still open, though not terribly big gash runs down the left side of his face by his eyebrow, he's got bruises on at least two other parts of his face, and that's just his exposed skin.]

So. Uh.

[He takes a deep breath, which makes him wince.]

These creatures around? Yeah, some of 'em may look kinda derpy, but they are not candidates for a new petting zoo. Also, if they're like...some weird mix that include something that's already a hellish monstrosity like a goose? Extra big nope.

Er, so, yeah. [He runs a gloved hand through his hair, which only serves to put some blood and dirt in it, and he makes a face.] Might wanna at least have a buddy system going when you go outside until things calm down.

'kay, peace out, gotta get home cause I'm pretty sure it's my turn on dinner making tonight.

[Though he's acting very casual, it's clear that he's in some amount of pain. Still, with a smile akin to a grimace, he gives a little wave.]

[Lance whines a little.]

Why can't we get like, fluffy adorable sheep and pink loveable bunnies or something instead here?

[He pouts, before he winces.]

And I've fought wars enough to know that life sucks. Doesn't mean I don't want a cute sheep to pet sometimes.

[He sighs. Right now, he just needs to gather up his strength to get home and nurse his wounds, but he still needs to catch his breath.]

Glowing ponies are great but they're no sheep. Like... I dunno, maybe a rainbow sheep... Could make yarn...knit a sweater...

There's supposed to be someone here who does that. Which isn't really the point right now.

Are you injured?

Kinda. I mean, my face hurts, my left leg is not happy with me, and I'm pretty sure I'm bleeding in one or two places but I can't really figure out where right now.

[Look, he's a little dizzy and beat up, okay.]

Come to the hotel. We're set up there for dealing with injuries.

Oh, the hotel. Keith and I used to live there before we made our own place...

'kay. Uh. Give me a bit. Walking kinda sucks right now and for all I know that goose thing is gonna come out with a knife and shank me next. Gotta be careful.

Understood. Be careful here too. The bear-thing is still rampaging.

How badly are you hurt?

[He's really surprised the damage isn't even worse.]

Uh, I've had worse? I can move. 'parrently we've got a proper doctor around now, so I'm making my way to her.

[He's fought in wars, you know! ...though he's definitely been better equipped overall.]

Yeah, you should definitely do that. I'm at the hotel too, so maybe I'll see you here.

[He gives a little wave, though definitely little as he doesn't want to jostle his arm too much.]

After this, you are not allowed to complain at me when I get hurt.

Wow, hubby. That's what I get from you?

[Despite his condition, he's just going to stick his tongue out at him.]

Where are you headed right now?

[Keith was just going to ignore that. He was more concerned on making sure Lance was going to get taken care of, even if he had to come find him and force him to do it himself.]

Uh... Hotel. 'parrently there's a doctor there?

[tempredmental]

Alright... I'll meet you there.

[It took him a bit of time to get there, thanks to the rampaging animals, and he had to fight his way through in a few spots, too, so he wasn't entirely unscathed himself when he did finally arrive. So, Lance would be pretty much done and treated by the time Keith got to the hotel.

Any injuries he might have himself? Out of mind. Going to find his husband, thanks...]

[the_tailor]

[He's been patched up as well as he can, but it's clear that Lance is going to still be out of commission for some time, at least when it comes to combat. And long walks. And...yeah. It's aggravating, but more aggravating? Seeing the state Keith's in when he finally arrives.]

...Doctor. You. Now.

[tempredmental]

I'm fine. [Keith was definitely going to be stubborn about this in the moment.] What happened?

[the_tailor]

I should be asking you that! And I'm not answering until you get yourself looked at and patched up.

[tempredmental]

Lance! [Because cue Keith's angry anxiety response. He was worried about his husband, okay?] Just tell me! I'll once I'm sure you're okay.

[the_tailor]

I'm fine. Just bit off a little more than I could chew while doing some scouting. It's no biggie.

[He crosses his arms.]
