[The Piglet-Squirrel hesitates and Daniel decides to lift it with telekinesis.]

There, there [Obviously, the animal does not enjoy being lifted like that and bites him as soon as it gets within range.] OW! What the fuck?!

[ Piglet-Squirrel safe and free to live its piglet-squirrel life, Pikachu turns and moves back over to Ash, climbing back up to his shoulder with ease. ]

I'm not really sure-I've heard the People that originally lived here need our help with something but I have no idea what that is. [ He admits sheepishly. ]

Pikachu and I have been here a little over two and half months and this place is nothin' like back home.

I don't know about any wars. [ Ash shakes his head, deciding not to comment on the language choices this kid that looks to be about the same age as him is using. ]

Did you have to hide your powers before?

[Daniel has most definitely earned the right to swear. If you have stolen things and killed a cop, a puma, and maybe your brother and his friends, saying fuck is not so heavy anymore.]

Yeah...It didn't go so well. It activates on its own when I'm upset.

It's not a thing in my world, you only see it in comics and cartoons. And I already got troubles with the police, I don't wanna be studied in a lab or something.

I don't really know what that means, but you won't have to worry about that here. Lots of people here have special abilities so you should be safe.
