Need to install cat flaps in some communal Temba buildings.
Hotel, Diner, Library are all on the list.
If you want to add or remove a location from it, let me know.
Otherwise, starting work in the next few days.

The mothcats have their own means of entering and leaving the library. If they are the reason, then I request the library to be removed from your list. Entrances such as these only invite other critters in as well.

It's for Salem, the cat that's shown up recently.
He is cold and annoying people about it.
I don't disagree with the potential pest problem.
If we can catch him and get him to wear a collar/harness with a transmitter, I could make the flap only open for him.
It’ll stay video for Jon
In that case maybe still take the library off the list. I am not sure how the Countess and the others will react to a regular cat. If they tolerate him I can talk to Tony about adding a separate entrance that fits with the rest of the system he has already added to the building.
But I don’t want any actual cat fights taking place here.
text 4 ever for Dustin
I'll take it off the list for now.

But I haven't seen any other Earth-native domestic species (or similar) here that didn't already belong to someone else, so it would fit the pattern.

You said he's been annoying people. Have you spoken to him?

For a cat.

It's a door that you install inside another door, but cat-sized and opened by pushing on it from either direction.
[A couple of minutes later, Dustin provides a second message with an attachment: Scaled drawings for a cat flap, as it would appear on a typical, Agrii-appropriate door, complete with measurements and insets to describe installation. Surely this will help clarify things.]

How ingenius! I think Salem would appreciate something like that.

It's better than leaving doors or windows open for him to climb through.

It's not too intensive of a project. The biggest part is that I'll need to borrow the front doors for a few hours each in order to cut the insets.
If you want to avoid a draft or snow ingress, you might want to have a set of backup doors or tarp available to cover entry while I work.

I doubt he would be able to contribute much to operating the kitchen anyway, considering the lack of opposable thumbs.

Aside from his presumed sapience, what possessed the Agrii to bring a normal domestic cat here to help them?
How do they expect him to contribute to reconstruction and safety?
Is he an engineering savant or something?
