Hey all. Sooo, I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! And, y'know, Happy Holidays in general. I can't remember the exact dates of the other holidays, but if you celebrate 'em, I wish you the happiest as well!

[He hums and taps his finger against his chin, looking thoughtful.]

Honestly, I should have tried to do something bigger for the holidays... Like find a big tree from the forest and drag it into the center of town and decorate it... You know what, that's next year's plan, if anyone wants in. I'll definitely have to recruit someone to help with lighting, 'cause I am noooot an electrician and would probably zap myself silly, but that baby's gotta shine.

Ooh, and maybe a secret Santa...

[Lance starts mumbling ideas to himself before realizing he's still on camera.]

Anyway! So, yeah, all of that. We do have New Year's coming up in a week, though. Any big bashes going down?

[There's a little pause before he sighs, but there's a little smile behind it.]

You are absolutely unfair and you know how to play me like a fiddle, you know that, cutie?

Like you wouldn't do the same to me.

[Keith did laugh, though.]

Still. Just... be careful, okay?

I'm not doing anything yet, silly! This is all planning for next Christmas. And I'm not planning on us getting that kind of ginormous tree they have up in New York or anything, so it shouldn't be hard to light up.

[There's a brief pause.]

Though there are some pretty big trees around...

Somehow, I don't think cutting down a giant tree here is a good idea with our current set of options.

One of us probably could if we tried hard enough, but I'm not sure if we should try...

People joke about that in my world too! You know, you just might be onto something! It was always warm when we celebrated Christmas where I'm from since I was born in Cuba, so hey, a warm weather Christmas sounds totally natural to me!

brief though. mostly stayed in new york, now in michigan

maybe if i ever get back home and its safe again
i should try to visit

but christmas in july might be a nice thing to look forward to
gives you time to find the right tree

I haven't really been to a lot of places in America... The last school I was in was in the southwest, and I went to New York on vacation with my family once. That's the only place I saw snow on Earth.

They're basically the weapons we Paladins of Voltron use. So they look like this unactivated, but...

[In a flash, it turns into a rifle.]

Or! Say I need to go really long range...

[Another flash! It's now a sniper rifle.]

And, and! Close range?

[Flash. Broadsword.]

So, uh, most of the other Paladin's bayards only really have one form, but for whatever reason, I can unlock a bunch? Which is pretty neat, and super useful.

Oh, you're from that world, huh. The one with the military in space or some shit? I think I remember meeting someone in that memory landscape or something back in the spring.

_{[He startles and steps back as it turns into a rifle, a sniper rifle, then to a broadsword.]}

What the fuck?! They just allow weapons here? Guess I was stupid to think it might be safe with humans here.

I mean, I don't know if I'd call us military exactly. We're... I dunno, it's hard to explain. Do you remember anything about the person? 'cause honestly, "military in space" is a thing I imagine can apply to a lot of places.

[He blinks at the reaction to the weapon, though.]

I mean-- I don't hurt people with this! And there aren't exactly a lot of weapons here, I got really lucky to get my bayard, and sometimes this place decides it doesn't even want it to work when I need it most. [Grumble grumble.] Anyway! Seriously, I promise I don't just use this thing willy nilly. This was meant to fight a war against an empire that was doing the fun little thing of working to enslave the universe for like ten thousand years. And here, I'd only use it for defense.

[Pause.]

Or maybe to cut down a big tree for a Christmas tree next year, if I can somehow convince it to turn into a chainsaw. Prooooobably not gonna happen, though, but. Don't worry.
