Some of us at the hospital have been thinking that it would be good to get a general medical background from people, so we're better prepared in case of...well anything, really. Things like blood type, allergies, any known conditions or family history. But also, given we come from so many different places, there could be anatomical differences that may be important to know.
If you want to answer here you're welcome to, or myself and/or Lauri-Ell would be happy to meet with you in person.
I promise, we'll do our best to ensure this information stays private and is only used in case of emergency, but of course it's entirely voluntary. We understand if anyone would prefer not to.
And if anyone needs help with anything please don't hesitate to ask or drop by.

How's your head today, any better?
I hope you've been taking care of yourself out there. Sometimes I wish you weren't so stubborn.
I might have some news to cheer you up. Are you busy?

I have been, amid my other cloth work, making bandages spelled against illness and with a bit of healing spelled into them as well. I have been trying to come up with a way to store them in a safe way that would keep their magic potent and them from being tainted by illness.
Normally back home we have warded rooms to put them in, or spelled cases of spell-fast wood and metals.
Perhaps you can assist me?
no subject
I mean, yeah, I can definitely do that I think. That would be super convenient actually. I'd love to help!
no subject
I would be happy to teach you if you wish. And any ideas on storage is glad for me. I've been working on them for months.
no subject
I'd like that. Do you have time? I don't want to impose or anything.
And definitely- we could add some to the first aid kits we've been making up. Which...I never even thought about enchanting to be fireproof or...any of that, but that's an amazing idea. And I can make up one of the storage rooms to be spelled to. Hell, maybe even the whole Hospital? I don't know if I'm strong enough for that, but I could try?
no subject
It is possible my methods will not suit you, but there is no reason we cannot try. Imbuing things with spells isn't that hard, once you understand the pattern of it. And I could do with someone new to hep watch when I work pattern magic if you wish an exchange.
We work very hard to keep our emergency kits secure. The boxes we often use for storing supplies for studying new illnesses. We gather samples and we don't want those getting out or getting contaminated.

My blood type is AB positive, which is pretty rare back home. I don't know about here.

Would made from grapes include wine? What about things with grape flavoring, like medicine or candy?
We'll have a better sense once we get more answers. Hopefully we might have some universal donors.
Re: Text
... Wait, you can just make things by magic?!
Text
Haha, uh, yeah, kinda? Not everything, but...yeah. Especially here, it kind of messes with my powers.
Is this a huge earth shattering level thing, or a slight surprise, I am super bad at the whole just casually dropping the magic thing on people. Sorry.
Re: Text
It sounds pretty useful either way. Do you actually make them, or is it a thing where you just teleport existing ones from somewhere else?
Ah, really just closer to slight surprise. Using magic isn't really widespread back home, that I'm aware of, anyway, but it's not the most shocking thing I've encountered here.
[The most shocking is being there at all.]
