Disorientation is definitely a good description. The little Funfrond flinched away at the contact, and then clearly has to work to stay still. Afterward it remains very, very still, because that's what a Funfrond does when very scared and not sure they can run.

But it has to try. At last the Funfrond starts to dance a bit.
