I've been told that things are more complicated than that, but you aren't wrong. Ultimately we still have been called to help these Agrii.

No welcome parties, I'm afraid. I think arrivals are too spontaneous to properly plan for such. Although I think I'd have to agree, if I had the choice, I would've opted for a party than information shoved into my mind.
