WHO: Viktor and you?
WHERE: Newly arrived at the fountain
WHAT: This doesn't look like Piltover
WHEN: Now (early April)
WARNINGS: None anticipaed
The sun was setting, casting the council chambers in a red glow. Viktor said nothing about it but as Jayce continued he couldn't help the feeling that there was something perverse in the making of the Kingdom of Zon. It was fueled by a drug kingpin (a drug you made use of his conscience mocked him internally) who had made a lot of money selling misery. Though, in his opinion, it could have been easily the same had it been the wealthier part of Piltover that was targeted. Having power was a human desire regardless of wealth.
Viktor didn't remember going to sleep, but that wasn't a surprise. He rarely remembered it if he had passed out at his desk. But he would have remembered it if he fell asleep anywhere that was outside? It was cool but not cold and he could hear a fountain burbling nearby. He came to with his crutch next to him and after sitting up and looking around for a moment he used it to lever himself to his feet. He saw no one else at first, but he did see the light floating next to the fountain. He watched it for a moment, charmed by its appearance. Then he reached out one hand to tentatively touch it. As soon as his fingers made contact, his brain was flooded with information. Startled, Viktor clutched his forehead for a moment feeling woozy from the influx of data. Agra-10. The Agri. Rebuilding a society. There was something about that last part that struck Viktor as particularly odd. Then again he did not have very good experience with society.
