But before I do that-someone told me about a Spider repellent and uh.. for reasons unrelated, I'm kinda allergic to like mint and lavender so I kinda need to know what's in it? You know, because of potential allergies?


So I guess I'm kinda wondering where is the Spider Repellent so I can avoid it? I know about the warehouse but is it anywhere else? Oh! And if someone wants to come with me? That'd be cool.

There isn't a where on the repellent most of the time. I used to make it for this elf chick. I whip up a batch once every two months and put it around the doors and broken windows of the warehouse they use, to keep them inside.

I don’t really know. To my knowledge no ones tried to spray me with bug spray but May’s anti-stress lavender candle had me break out in hives so that’s a no go.

Uh.. if you make it then can I ask what’s in it? The repellent, I mean.

Some plants I haven't bothered to name, mixed with one of the weird alien mints. Remind me to make little signs with foods, so you know which ones not to mess with. Also, you shouldn't interact with the glownies. We keep mint for snacks for them. They love the stuff.

Okay, I'll keep that in mind. And I'm guess the alien mint is just as a... strong as the mint back home since it works in the repellent.

...I'm not gonna accidentally come across one of those unnamed plants am I? Because that would be just my luck.

Not if you stay out of the green house, man. If you ever need to go in, you take the Ag point temporarily. When you look at plants you'll know what they are and what they're for and how to use them. So that could keep you from doing something stupid while you're in there.

i've never seen or used a spider repel. that would have been usefl in thedas. sorry i don't know if it has mint or lavender tho. that must be frstrating to be allergic to

they're natural spider repellents so they don't need to be in anything, they're already bad for spiders all on their own.

are spiders massive where you're from or are they small? apparently massive spiders are not normal

The plants here likely do not exist on your home planet. If you're allergic to any of them, then you would not know it.

But I cannot help you. I'm unfamiliar with mint and lavender, so I cannot say if anything similar exists here.

Well yeah, I have a pretty severe allergy to some of the stuff that might be used so it's important to me that can continue to breathe.

Or not, idk, life's been kinda rough so I'm kinda flexible.

Apparently there are some giant ones south of here? I mean, not scared of spiders or anything but yike.

Yeah, that's something I never need to see. I think it'd be fair for anyone to be afraid of those. I went by a planet once of people that kinda looked spider-ish, did not wanna stop there. Had no idea mint and lavender could repel spiders though.

The mint is more because it's considered a really strong scent and spiders have a really sensitive sense of smell so they can't get near it.

I um.. did a report on them in biology.

Actually didn't really know that about spiders. Not sure I needed to either, that's kinda creepy.

Hope you got a good grade, sounds like you put in a lot of research. I felt lucky to get the kids at the school I taught at to train while I was there watching. Not sure I'd luck out on them doing reports.
