(She is out of breath, resting for the first time since she woke. You might have seen a young woman doing laps or practicing with a long stick, hitting targets she fashioned out of various unimportant (and non-living) objects. She is very careful to not include any droids accidentally in her practice - she is far too fond of them. Especially since she is hitting said targets with all of her might.

Not that she can do much damage.)

What do you do for exercise? I am interested in building my strength.

(Already the weight she gained during pregnancy is disappearing. Not that it bothered her; on her small frame, carrying twins had been difficult - a feat! And she is proud of her body. But in order to help her babies...Anakin...she has to be strong. Stronger than ever.)

I also have a request to make. If Anakin Skywalker arrives, please contact me immediately. (She doesn't think anyone is safe in his company as he is now, but she is certain he won't kill her.)

There's the old amphitheater here- I run laps around it every now and then. And I do some climbing. Did a lot of that when I was working for the Scrapper's Guild in Bracca.

Climbing is a good idea. It's not like I'm afraid of heights. (She's not afraid of much where physical endurance is required.) The amphitheater would offer an interesting view too.

The cold is invigorating. I know this might sound silly, but I've never liked running in one place. I like to feel like I'm going somewhere.

[Exercise? Well of course Lauri-Ell is reaching out for this. The video coming on is of the large woman grinning at the screen and waving. This she can help in.]

The Civics Center. I have set up a gym for fitness and combat training. I have weights I bought from a place called Coruscant, and we're making a climbing wall, and I have sparring rooms and even two obstacle courses and I made agility training bands from flexible vines.

I would happily work with you on strength training if you would like. Kree train from their youth to be the greatest warriors in the universe, and while I do not like making war, I do like fitness. I would happily keep you company. Or you could join me on my patrol walks. They are not vigorous, but they are lengthy!

How long ago? (No, no there's no use in...going there. She needs to be stronger first.) I like fitness too. It helps me sort out my thoughts and keep my body in good shape.

And yes, we went there some months back. Many of us did. The people from that world, though, they said that it was hundreds of years in their own past. It was interesting. IT reminded me of some Kree cities actually. We bought many things.

[The Padme as she had been there before had bought so many clothes. Lauri-Ell hadn't appreciated the hold being filled with them, when they needed other supplies.]

Exercise is good for thinking, yes. Much better than patrols, where your mind must be on the action. But I would be very glad to teach you!

The walk I take from the ship to the Greenhouse can be cold, but once there it's much warmer. I'd suggest walking in between the floors in it..
