He studied Billy for a long moment. Judging sincerity yes, but it was easy to be sincere, and Billy was so open about it. Under that though there was at least something that spoke to inexperience, whether it was that exactly or naivete or something that just wanted to see the universe as inherently good, he couldn't say.
