"Just..." Cobb paused a moment as he picked at the rind of the fruit. "I miss him a little, is all."

They had been good friends in that other world. Just staring to be more than friends. Cobb missed that and he hoped that what happened there hadn't risked their friendship here.

"I'll talk to him soon. Let him have his space for now." He'd figure out what to do with Din and then go talk to the man. See if things were still alright between them. Maybe touch on that possibility for more.
