I'll need specialized hardware I can plug it into and software to analyze any data I can retrieve from the energy storms since those seem like the most immediate concern. After that, we can work on developing a shield, but it would need quite a lot of power, hence wanting to also develop a more efficient generator. Speaking of efficiency, I understand that there's a beach near the city, but the only potable water is coming out of a fountain.
