Richie is pretty sure he's having a hallucination of some sort. He woke up near a fountain and then, just as he was getting his bearings, he fell asleep and woke up on a ship instead. Now he is in some sort of sci fi wonderland he can't quite believe is real. Aliens walk by as Richie gapes at them, mouth hanging open in shock.
Hell, at least none of them are clowns, right?
He probably would have stood there all day if he hadn't heard a familiar scream from close-by. A scream that he would know anywhere, anytime. Well, except for maybe the 27 years he forgot him but whatever. Forget that. Concerned, Richie runs off toward the sound before finally seeing Eddie and almost bursting into tears all over again.
One day he'll get over this miracle. But not today.
"Eds," he calls out, rushing to grab his arms so he can hold him still and look for any wounds. Nothing obvious.
"Dude. You know what's a great way to not get the attention of every single fucking person on this planet? Taking a breath and not screaming."
