Thrawn watched the other's reaction carefully. He was well aware that Dark side Force-users could be unpredictable. The tension was interesting but could denote many things. What was more interesting was the delayed reply and hoarse tone.

This man was nervous. Just Thrawn's presence alone made Altair freeze. Was that reaction from fear or shock, though?

"A moment, please."

Leaving the same way he came in, Thrawn disappeared for a little bit. When he came back it was with several different lengths of the vine. They were both being highly polite, though Thrawn was watching the reactions of the other as he did.

"...I must wonder what sort of trade a Dark Jedi will expect in return."
