There's a nice convincing blond wig on his head with braids coming down the sides of his face. He makes for a very convincing woman. A buff woman. The only piece of jewelry missing are the earrings to complete the outfit.
Cloud looks at Cayde and he could be blushing... but the make up is covering that up nicely.
"I went undercover dressed as a woman to go see what Tifa was getting herself into and where she went wasn't exactly a good place. Wall Market has its own set of rules there."
